Trevin showed up with his partner around an hour later and went to work. They were able to locate the issue in a wall and pulled out 8 dead mice. They were very professional and efficient. I am also using them for the exclusion which should take care of any future issues. I only deal with smaller local companies and would highly recommend them. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. "First exterminator was unable to look inside the nest - too high up. He did spray inside the space but recommended that we call again if the bees were still active. They were, so we called and said the technician needed a longer ladder. This one did and as of mid day on day one after the treatment the bees are still very active. We were told to wait 3 days... so - we will see. Third visit may be the charm. Except for the too short ladder on visit # 1 all the exterminators have been helpful. Hopefully,if we run into this next year, we will call for help earlier."

"They caught a few but then they stopped coming. We would call and it would take a day or two for them to come, the result was one squirrel died in the cage, very sad. We wanted them gone not dead. Then they stopped coming all together. We called several times but they wouldn't even return our calls. We still have squirrels living in our garage. Very bad way to run a business."
