GREAT. This is the second year having windows replaced, one more to go. Would not have anyone else do them. They are the best, from sales to installation.

This family operated business was a total pleasure to work with from start to finish. They carry excellent products, and were able to recommend the product that best fit our needs, including some custom options that we required. There pricing was the best among the three quotes we obtained and the only one complete with the options we needed. I think the best part was the workmanship on installation - the crew was very professional, and clearly all about quality work. Thy arrived when promised, finished the job with great results, and thoroughly cleaned up. I would strongly recommend this company.

This is a great Company that treats you and your home with respect and provides an excellent service. Bob was the primary installer and owner of Air-Tight. Bob is very pleasant, answers all of your questions and is highly skilled with both the removal and installation of new windows. We chose to go with the Pella brand which is one of three brands sold by Air-Tight. The sales manager is also great to work with and provided me with several different quotes until I was happy.

All I needed was a single replacement window but the company treated me as if I was buying many more (not as an orphan!). Lead time and scheduling was handled professionally. The install job was very good. There was some rot from the old wooden window and frame which was completely removed and new shims installed. The window is air tight and very nice.
