From start to finish, this family run business has been a total nightmare. No one knows what the other is doing. No communication, no follow through. I knew I was in trouble during initial meeting when we went through the house plans and his wife wrote down the light fixtures she thought we needed on a scratch pad and gave to me. Oh how I wish I had walked away then! From the tile company, to the plumbers, electricians and water well company, all have been sub standard and offer the lowest level of customer service possible. We thought we were covered by the 1 year home warranty, but every issue has been more of a problem than the next. Drips in the stain on the doors, cracked travertine countertops, shelves in pantry separating from the walls, unsealed windows, improperly sealed concrete floors,( which resulted in deep and severe scratching,) the list goes on and on. None of these are life threatening, but I would expect if you build a new home, the workers would take some pride in their work. The contractor and his brother, I guess a "project manager" refuse to respond and take care of these issues. I have contacted many of the individual companies direct, who are slow to respond because they tell me they have to chase the contractor down to get paid. If they would of done it right the first time, we would not be having an issue. Why is it my problem that they can not decide who is responsible? If any one does respond, I have to make sure I am available on their schedule, hoping they will be on time or show up at all. Do not use this contractor!

He was, and is wonderful. He is a general contractor, he gave us estimates on 2 bathrooms that we need remodeled and a kitchen besides doing my garage, my driveway and fixing my front walk way to the house. He did everything, he was prompt, he called when he said he was going to call, if something was not available, then he would call and say when it would be available, whatever the issue was, he was there. His price was fair. I would recommend him to anybody. He built our garage, and we wanted our roof to be done by another company, and he was willing to coordinate with the other company while he built the garage.
