It was a nightmare working with Juli Sauve of Right Away Restoration. We hired her to clean the structure of our home after a house fire, wanting to give a small business the opportunity. It was a HUGE mistake. During the initial consultation, she was sweet, caring, and very promising. We hired her company believing that she would start the job on the date she promised, and have it completed within a few weeks, as promised. She asked me to sign a contract, but I told her I needed to receive the estimate first. She never produced one, so I never signed, although she continued to promise it was almost complete. Once she was given the ?go ahead? to start the job, communicating with her became more and more difficult. She was very hard to reach. I scheduled several appointments with Juli to meet me at my house so we could review and discuss the project, but she cancelled last minute every time. She would then tell me that the cleaning delays were because she wasn?t sure how I wanted her crew to clean certain parts of the house, as if I was the one holding things up. It was complete manipulation. What she had claimed would take about two weeks stretched into three, then four, with not even half of the job done. My contractor was waiting, and we had to request more money from my insurance company for an extra month?s rent for our temporary housing, and no progress had been made at my home in weeks. My contractor finally informed Right Away Restoration that he was starting on a certain date, no matter what. Again Juli promised that she would have 6 techs at our home in the morning to bang out the rest of the job out and finally complete it. When my contractor arrived late morning, there was not, and had not been, anybody there. Again. It was a joke. It took me over four hours to finally reach her in order to tell her I was discontinuing her service, and she couldn?t understand why. After letting her go, her staff came to my house to get their cleaning supplies and leave the key. They ended up taking some of my items as well. I asked her to send me a bill for what I owed. Several more weeks went by. When I finally received the bill, it was over 2x?s the cost of what my reputable and professional insurance adjuster had estimated it would cost to clean the ENTIRE home. She had charged for cleaning parts of the house that were never cleaned, interior doors that didn?t exist, and ridiculously inflated measurements. (Fortunately I had followed their progress with photographs, so I knew exactly what had and had not been done.) I requested a copy of the bill in ?line item format? because she didn?t have cost listed per item, just the grand total. Juli refused, saying she could only give me a ?customer? copy. We went back and forth for months. In the meantime, she persuaded another company that had worked on the textiles in my home for the name and contact information of my insurance company. She then sent my insurance adjuster a completely ridiculous email trying to get them to pay her directly. They refused, and contacted me to let me know what she was trying to do. I finally had to hire a lawyer to settle it so that I could just be done with her, as it was nearing a year since the fire. At this point I would have paid a lawyer anything just to end it and keep her from getting money she didn't earn. If you find yourself in a situation where you need a restoration company, you are already under enough stress. Save yourself the trouble. I absolutely, without a doubt, DO NOT recommend Juli Sauve or anyone from Right Away Restoration. DON?T DO IT.

For cleaning ducts and stuff I used a company called Right Away Restoration And Cleaning. They do good work. They had done all the cleaning of the ducts at the senior center when the job was done over there from the flood. They were first class people. They were there every day when they had to be and done good work. As far as the prices are concerned, I couldn't tell much because that was all paid by the insurance. I literally believe that their prices are in good order and reasonable prices. When I called them they were on other jobs and when I told them the problem we had and the right thing that we had to have it done right away because it was a bad situation. They dropped everything on the work that they were at because it wasn't as important as ours was because we had people coming and eating everyday and stuff like that. They came right out to the job, they left the other jobs and came to that job. They were very efficient and they had done a good job when they were there. Everything worked out very good, very good. We were very happy with everything that they had done for us. I would grade them an 'A' all the way through.
