I pay by the year. You can either pay by each occurrence or you can pay by the year. I kind of lost out this year because we didn?t get that much snow. I paid $375 for the whole winter for up to as many times as it snows. We didn?t get that many big snows, but I think it?s fair. I can depend on them coming. When you get older you start worrying about things, if other people are going to show up. I don?t want my driveway blocked so that I can?t get out to the doctor or to the store. I think pretty much and come and do mine the first thing. It is extra if you want them to salt it. I can do that myself. They do require you to use markers to indicate where the driveway is. The guys need to know exactly where the driveway is and the sidewalk is. That way they?re not going to mess it up. So, I went and brought for $1.99 apiece and I put 6 out there to indicate the driveway, where it started and ended; and where the sidewalk started and ended and they didn?t have any problems. They are a very good company. They don?t have a set time to come. They come whenever it snows.
Description of Work: I used them for snow removal.

They do my yard work and they do my snow removal in the winter time. They bill me monthly. I know I pay a lot, but they charge me $27 a week. It depends on the side of the yard. I don?t have a lot of obstructions in my yard, they can just come in do a straight cut job, they don?t have to go around a lot of planters and stuff like that and that makes a difference. If they had to do a lot of trimming around stuff, and if you have like little garden areas in your back yard or whatever, and the same in the front. It?s pretty much a cut job. I pay $27 a week and they do bag the grass and haul it away. They cut and they bag, they don?t do any mulching, they don?t have mulching mowers. They cut the grass and bag it, with the lawn mower bags and then they haul it away. I have never had anybody else do it. They don?t have a set time to come, they do a Tuesday cut for me. They can come at any time during the day. It?s not like they come at 10:00 and cut the grass. They do come every Tuesday. If we?ve been having a lot of rain and they can?t come on a Tuesday because of rain, then they come on Wednesday. It puts them behind on their schedule. They have never, ever missed a week. I have never had to get out there and do it myself. I can always contact the owner by email and he always responses right back. I could reach him by phone too, but I know if I send him an email to him he gets it on his I-phone, and he gets right back. I?ve used him for 2 or 3 years now.
