land surveyor
+ -1 moreI am angry that I must spend a lot of money to reclaim my land. This should never be done by anyone, let alone surveyors. I watched these guys load my wood into their trucks and put stakes in that had no business being where they are. They should have checked the recorded deed, rather than go by the word of a friend that was trying to do a land claim on his neighbor. These people, including my neighbor have made me hate living here. I am on disability and paying to reclaim my land a get action on this is devastating to me. The law enforcement will not go after them until I prove they were here. Going up against surveyors is not easy and should never ever ever need to be done but if there are surveyors doing this, we need to stop them. Land division is a very serious matter and stake holders should be the utmost in ethical integrity and honesty.
Description of Work: I must pay $1100 for another surveyor to come to my land to stake and record posts to replace a fraudulent survey line drawn by his friend Scott Pero for the purpose of stealing a piece of my land and stealing timber that was on my land to build a racetrack. Scott drew up fraudulent design(he draws plans for Statewide survey)to box in an area that he stole and then Jason Pourpore and Brad White proceeded to stake out a fraudulent line to assist my neighbor in his theft. The lines were restaked to the true placement but not without extreme duress and my constant nagging. Now the courts will not accept this survey so I must pay to have the 3 corners re-marked at a cost of $1100 to prove my neighbor stole my land. Jason, Bradd and Statewide Survey were accomplices in aiding my neighbor defrauding me. LARA has been contacted. I feel surveyors have a big key to our legal land holdings and they should be the utmost of honesty in any real estate. Intentionally placing a fraudulent line goes against anything and everything these surveyors are supposed to stand for.
