+ -1 moreWe followed this contractor's advice and remediated our home as instructed, but this had no impact on our issue. We called an exterminator and were referred to another rodent control contractor. After a much more thorough inspection (where the new contractor did not simply walk around the outside of our home but rather climbed on the roof as well), we found that this contractor was incorrect about the type of rodent we were dealing with. He failed to identify 4 additional entry points identified and remediated by the other contractor. We spent over $900 with someone else, but it was worth it to have our issue correctly addressed.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time and it took about an hour for them to look around. They left the area clean. I like that they are punctual, efficient and knowledgable. They plugged the holes and I have not had any more problems. I would recommend and have recommend them to friends and family
Description of Work: I had chipmunks, mice and a possible squirrel in the house.
