Tri-Star Enterprises Custom Renovations

Excellent result. Contractor (Peter Pace) was prompt, and completed the work with high quality at a fair price. He is a man of his word and i would recommend him to others. Our first experience with him was to complete some emergency repairs that were discovered during the installation of new flooring elsewhere in the home. Of all the contractors contacted, he was by far the most responsive and his cost was much more reasonable for the amount of work to be accomplished, albeit needed in an expeditious manner since the flooring work was on hold until the repairs could be made. It was for that reason that we again approached him for the bathroom renovation. We were extremely pleased with the end result in both instances.

Peter Pace came out and inspected the wall. He suggested that instead of doing a complete tear up that he could save us money by jacking up the wall and using reinforced concrete only under the bearing points of the wall. We appreciated him identifying only the necessary work that had to be performed to stabilize the wall rather than simply conducting a complete rip up. Peter Pace is very knowledgeable. If you have unusual, tricky or complicated work you should definitely consider hiring him.

We opted not to go with them. He was super knowledgeable and he really knows his stuff, but I got the impression that he knows so much that it?s impossible that anyone else could know anything either.

I contacted Tri-Star Enterprises for an estimate on the project. Peter Pace arrived on time for the appointment and discussed design options at length with me. He showed me pictures of their past work, all of which was very nice. He returned a second time to present his reasonably detailed quote. The quote was in line with what I expected. Through the entire process, Peter was courteous and very professional. I have no doubt their work would be top notch. I ultimately chose a different contractor whose work we were able to see first hand and whose price was comparable to Tri-Star but who took the extra step of providing us with several renderings (not architectural drawings) of the design options we discussed. This helped us solidify our vision for the basement.

The job went very well. Work was done within the timeline that was projected. Peter is a professional and perfectionist in his work. He was easy to work with, gave good input into the project, and took time to know what I wanted in the finished job. He takes pride in his work. I'm very happy and excited to have a brand new kitchen which I love working in.

They are very friendly and very approachable. They are willing to work with you. They are professional and they were on time. They are knowledgeable and very responsive.

Considering that the location of our business is in an historical building and nothing is level or square, Pete made everything fit properly and managed to make everything perfectly level. He was also faced with upgrading the infrastructure to bring up to code and increase functionality. He managed all of this while considering the staff and workday schedules of our business and the neighboring businesses.

Peter came to our house to assess the task and spoke to me at length about my vision for the basement. He gave me options from a design stand point and options to lower cost. Once we agreed on the project, Tri-Star started right away, worked around my schedule, taking a break at my request when we went on a short vacation. The project was completed in short order. I was able to make changes in the design right up to the last minute. They were always courteous and respectful, taking caution to protect other areas of my home while they worked. When everything was completed, all the areas (including the areas leading into and out of the basement) were cleaned. Nothing was left behind. I was thrilled at the results.
