I have been very pleased with them and they are very prompt. They are pretty efficient and their cost is reasonable.

Once they arrived they turned on the water and loaded the system. This being my first house with a sprinkler system I was new to the process so I hung kind of close so I could learn. They checked each zone. After they checked everything he told me that there were 4 heads that needed to be replaced. Here's the kicker. The labor was going to be $90 per hour but it should only take a half hour. $90 an hour for a lawn irrigation company. I paid it because I didn't know at the time how easy it was to change the heads out. They also charged $30 a head. You can buy these heads for $15 each. Needless to say I have replaced the heads that they didn't fix when they were out. I did sign up for their and quot;Goldand quot; plan. This includes the shut down process so I will know how to do it in future years. But hey the Gold plan eliminates the $40 service call. The price to get the system up and running was tolerable. But the price to replace heads was not. I agreed to the price and I paid it. I guess the point I am trying to make is that if you can do it on your own you might want to save the money.

They were prompt and professional. They did what they said they were going to do. We were pleased with how they did their service. We didn't have any problems over the course of the winter. I would definitely use their service in the future.

The technician came on time, took off his shoes, checked the water line. Did the sprinkers and found one of the units broken (near the driveway had been run over too many times). He was professional and provided me with the information I needed. He set the timers. Excellent service.

This was my first year with them. They were expensive. I would not use them again. They wanted to charge extra, even though it was an expensive rate, for the initial opening. I felt that since I was a new client they should spend extra time because they didn’t know the system and I didn't think I should have to pay for that. They are too expensive for the service offered. They cancelled the first time they were supposed to come out.

Very well. the technicians arrrived on time and quickly completed the work. They explained what they were doing and how to prevent if from happening again.

The sales rep came out and gave me a rather vague estimate of repair, he told me it would depend upon what was found when the techs came out to do the work. The techs were over a half hour late--in fact, I called the office and the lady had to call to track them down and then call me back. The techs were friendly and fixed my system, but when I received the bill it wasn't detailed and I feel the charges were high. I didn't have a feeling of confidence that I was charged fairly for the work done.

well. They had a replacement part on hand to replace just the top part of the valve, saving time and expense. They adjusted the rest of the system while here-at no extra cost.

Arrived on time and completed work efficiently and properly. Showed me how to make adjustments to the system.

We pay ahead of time and they give us a special rate. With our contract we get priority on getting them here when we want. The technician advised us to leave one of the nuts off so we would be able to see if there was a leak, which was very helpful.

They came in when they were supposed to, and they completed their work. I will call them back again in the spring. Their price was a little high, but their work was good.

We discussed in various rounds the disputed items, filed small claims to underline our positions ... and then where able to settled on a good compromise that I proposed to the satisfaction of both parties.

The entire experience was great, from the estimate with Jim, through the installation with Dave and the whole team of workers. Everyone has a wonderful work ethic: dependable, focused, respectful, expedient, and on time with each appointment. Phone calls were answered within minutes which is really appreciated as well. I have already recommended Wilcox Brothers.

The visit went really well. Two fellas showed up and handled the winterizing. They were really good at explaining the system and how things worked. Very professional and on time.

The work was completed on time with high quality. They not only installed the necessary sprinkler system. They also repaired and improved the existing sprinkler system for the front yard free of charge. We were very impressed. When Mr. Jim Wilcox came out to assess our needs, he not only gave us a quote, but also found problems in the front yard sprinkler system. He gave us several parts for free without any pressure to sign up a contract with the company. We were very impressed by his professionalism.

It was great! They arrived on time and were ready to work. Alex and I completed a walk-through evaluation where I explained the items I needed. He and his assistant got to work immediately. They notified me when they were leaving for lunch and started working immediately upon return. They were very professional. At the end, Alex walked with me around the property to show that my landscape was now 100% covered.

They came on time. They were friendly but professional, began work as soon as they came. They first made the water was shut off before the winterize the system. They explained what they had done and pointers how to keep our system safe.

They didn't pressure me to repair the system. They did just what I wanted, they removed everything. I am happy with the service they gave us, but I won't need to hire them again. I really don't remember what we had to pay for this but it didn't seem to high.

Wilcox Bros. worked rapidly and efficiently. They cleaned up the work area when finished and coordinated with our landscaper. Their response to my report of coverage voids was unbelievably fast. Their post installation inspection solved the coverage voids effectively.
