Description of Work: We haven't used our irrigation system in over 3 years and went to turn it on and noticed a crack in the water line. We called Wilcox, since they installed the irrigation system and they said they don't travel that far. I obviously am going to pay for the service because the system is leaking into my house and needs to be fixed but they will not stand by their product. I know I am over my warranty but if you installed the system and are familiar with the system I think you need to stand by your work. Will not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed!!!!

Description of Work: i asked wilcox and two other angie's list recommended vendors for a quote to replace two in-grouns valves. the young man representing wilcox did an excellent presentation but his quote was very high. wilcox is a multi-state company. aaron williamson, a "two man shop" did the job very well for less than half wilcox's quote. see my write-up on williamspon irrigation. tom kiernan

Description of Work: I initially called Wilcox Bros. for an outdoor lighting system. After speaking with Jim, the sales professional for Wilcox Bros. he suggested looking into an irrigation system as well. Jim was very knowledgable and straight-forward. Install took 1 day for roughly 10 outdoor lights and 6 sprinkler zones. The crew was quick and professional. The finished project is amazing! I would recommend them to anybody looking for lighting or irrigation.
