Overall it went well. I thought the sofa cushions should look a little brighter, but everything else was well done. I have used them before and would use them again.

Wonderful experience! Workers were prompt and professional. They cleaned every single stain on that carpet and were quick and quiet. Recommended them to everyone.

The results were excellent....carpets look great. They are punctual, super careful inside the home and take their time with the cleaning process. Highly recommend!!

This is a family business, and everyone is professional, responsive, and friendly. Carpet looked great. I did get an upgraded package that included placement of big fans to speed up drying after the cleaning, but the fans are in place for such a short time I don't think they helped. I'll get the basic package next time.

The gentlemen arrived on time and were very pleasant, polite, and professional. They cleaned the carpeting in my living room, dining room, family room, two bedrooms, the stairs and upstairs hall. They did a wonderful job and I would definitely call them again and recommend them to my friends and family. When they finished my carpeting looked wonderful. I thought the price was fair. I selected them from Angie's List because they were rated so highly and I am glad that I did. When I called, Tina was very pleasant and we set up an appointment for the carpet cleaning. Tina explained that they use non-toxic and environmentally friendly products which is exactly what I wanted. This company definitely deserves the high rating that it has been given! It was a pleasure to have them in my home.

It was a very pleasant experience. Tina is a super scheduler! At least twice she worked with me in rescheduling not only the date, but which rooms to clean. Mike and Jimmy were professional, friendly and helpful and did an excellent job. I will definitely call The Greener Cleaner for my future cleaning needs!

It went well. they did an excellent job. The furniture looked like new afterwards, brighter, no smells of any kind. I liked they use non-toxic chemicals. Very polite, efficient workmen. They do cost a bit more, but very much worth it.

They were very punctual, very efficient. They moved the furniture themselves and it did a fantastic job of cleaning. One of the rooms had tough stains and they did the best to clean. I am very impressed and I will use their service again. I highly recommend their service.

They called 3o minutes before arriving. They were prompt, on time and professional. They put booties on their feet, we went through the areas to be cleaned. they explained what they would do and proceeded. Excellent company!!!!!

They were on time, and very friendly. They cleaned my carpets in about an hour and were very professional. They got out all of the dark stains (which were on white carpet) and the carpet looked new after it was done. Since their cleaner is non-toxic, my house smelled fresh and not like chemicals when they were done.

These people are great! Very professional and punctual. They use safe ingredients in their cleaning supplies which is vital to me and my family and my pets. They performed the work thoroughly and were very affordable. I just recommened them to my mother-in-law!

Great job! I have used them once in the past and it was nice that the technician remembered it even though it was a few years (and a different) carpet ago. I have 2 dogs and it's in a high traffic area and one of the dogs is prone to accidents and she keeps going in the same spot. I opted for the Restoration Package for $75, and the stair cost an extra $5. Their minimum charge is $85 but I didn't have a problem with that. It was nice that they went over an area rug in another room as well. The two men that came out moved my large sectional back into the room after I had carried half of it out, so it was nice that they saved me that hassle. They were extremely professional and courteous and did the job quick and effortlessly. They also included a large bottle of their spot cleaner for any stains or messes that may occur and since I use as little processed products as possible in my home (from cleaning to laundry to skin care) I appreciate the fact that they only use non toxic cleaners. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I will be having them out next spring to do a deep cleaning of the carpets again.

When I called to schedule the appt. they had a cancellation so scheduled the cleaning within a week. They were prompt and professional and when they finished,the carpet did not have the chemical smell typical of a carpet clean. In fact, it had no odor at all and dried within a 4-6 hour time frame without the dryers.

I was very happy with their service. Mike and crew showed up on time, they walked through the area to be cleaned and explained the process and what he expected would happen with certain areas, stains, etc. They were very efficient and fast in cleaning the areas. The carpet was not in good condition, but they did an excellent job cleaning it and removing the majority of the issues. We were very pleased. We had multiple fans going to dry it immediately after the crew left, but it did take quite a bit longer to dry than stated(8 - 10 hours). It was still wet in some areas after 24 hours.

Best carpet cleaning I have ever had! All spots came out, and the carpet nap and softness was just like new! And my carpet is over 10 years old! The Workers worked hard and did a very thorough job! I had never had my leather furniture cleaned before, as I was very nervous about putting any chemicals on it. I also didn't want it to look faded or dried out. This company didn't use any harsh chemicals, yet their product removed all the embedded dirt and marks. They followed that up with a conditioner that keeps the leather soft and supple, and it looks beautiful!! I am so happy I decided to have them do it!

Neat, professional, got all but one old spot out, carpet dried beautifully. Did not push adding services - i.e. special coating, etc. Did however recommend that I consider it 2 cleanings down the road and provided valid reasons why.

Very impressed with staff, to include office and carpet cleaners. Tina was very personable on the phone during the appointment process. She called the day before with an estimated 2-hour window arrival time, and Lee called 45 minutes with an estimate of actual arrival on the date of appointment. He reviewed the cleaning process and completed the job in less than an hour. (There was no furniture to be removed or returned, which reduced completion time). Since they are paperless, payment receipt was emailed to me. The two young men were very polite, professional and clean-cut. It was a pleasure having contractors in the house who didn't smell like cigarettes.

Mike and his partner were amazing! They were on time and extremely professional, informative, thorough and very cost efficient. They went far above my expectations. I will NEVER use any other carpet cleaner again. If I could give them 10 STARS, I would do so without hesitation. They brought my older textured carpets back to life, and removed stains I could not get rid of after several attempts. Having the piece of mind that no chemicals are used (only food grade ingredients comprise their heat based system) is wonderful. I would highly recommend The Greener Cleaner!

Mike and Lee did an excellent job, very professional. This is the second time we have used Greener Cleaner and will use them again.

Outstanding!!! Mike and his partner made the carpet look like new. Mike advised me that the pet stains might be a problem because they had been there so long. I appreciated knowing this before they started. Turned out spots are gone. I felt they went the extra mile. I highly recommend Greener Cleaner and will use them again.
