Description of Work: Had to have significant repairs in marble shower. First time the repairs did not hold. They had to come and do repairs again. Very responsive and eager to make right. Still having some problems with fill but I think the shower just has significant damage.

Description of Work: Cleaned & polished marble floor. Prompt, polite, and did a beautiful job. Also was very careful to protect area around floor, and cleaned up afterward. Definitely recommend SRS.

Description of Work: Gregg the owner was very professional via phone prompt in returning emails and knowledgeable about his business so I thought. The two things that left me displeased was that his workers did not show up on time as promised and my table was not able to be repaired as thought it would be per my conversation with Gregg. In my communication via email with Gregg, we had a date and time for service that had been set up approximately two weeks prior. I was very adamant in our email communication that work needed to be started on time at 0830 due to the fact I needed to be on the road to travel to work at 1400. I was promised that his work crew would be there at the specified time and that everything would be completed by at least 1300. The day of 0830 no show, 0930 no show, 1230 still no SRS. I decided to call, I spoke to Gregg personally, and apparently he decided to set my appointment back without notifying me in advance. His excuse was that he had a work order in "BIRMINHAM, MI" to do that was a lengthy job....Really, so that's how you prioritize your work business based on zip codes. When I reminded him about our email and that the job was suppose to had been started at 0830 he suddenly remembered our conversation. He wanted to reschedule, and my calendar just didn't have space plus I didn't have a good sense of vibe after what happened. Then his worker calls at about 1430 leaving a voicemail that he's on way..... I called his worker back got voicemail left a message that services hD been cancelled due to the fact my appointment time was disregarded. Well by the time he retrieved my voicemail and his travel time to get to the Westside he still wanted to stop by to assess the damages. I decided what did i have to lose, come to find out my Travertine table wasn't restorable anyways. So I'm glad I saved my $450 to pay for a new slab of Traverstine that's going to cost me $1645 to replace my damaged cocktail table.

Description of Work: I chipped a 1" piece off the edge of our granite counters in a very obvious place in front of the kitchen sink. Finding someone to do granite repair was hard. Of the 7 companies I contacted, only 2 would do it. Stone Restoration Services (SRS) was the only one that would give a firm price. Once we decided to go with SRS they had us scheduled for the next business day.

Description of Work: Polished granite floor. Sealed granite kitchen countertop. On countertop and floor, used color-enhancing sealers to minimize wear and tear pattern and hazing left by previous company. Re-grouted two seams in countertops.
