We called several companies. Serve You took a day or so to get back to us, but they could get to us soonest, so we cancelled an appointment with another company and went with them. Two technicians showed up, but they left without checking all affected outlets, and the wall outlets in my living room were still not working. I held my husband responsible for not having them check. They returned, and the second time they left in a hurry without reinstalling a cover, leaving a wire out, and leaving their meter behind. We paid them and returned the tool and will be having another company complete the work. Having partial power back in those rooms is helpful, but the job isn't finished and the service didn't feel professional. We called them because of their high review here, and I feel it's important to post my fair-poor review so others don't think everyone's experience with this company is excellent.
