When we moved into our house 10 years ago, we had a terrible problem with wasps. The people who built the house moved because the owner was stung and had an allergic reaction. We couldn't even use our deck, and our patio was a problem as well. )We have a waterfall near our patio and the wasps were using it regularly). We even found a wasp nest under our deck that was the size of a football! A friend who had previously worked for Rose suggested we contact Rose; because they treat their employees very well, which provided happy employees who did their job well because they were treated well. As a result, we contacted them about 3 years ago. We still have the same person doing our treatment to this day. The price has not increased. AND THE WASPS and the minor problems with ants and earwigs are GONE! We can now enjoy our deck and our patio. It took a 3 of years of 3 treatments per summer (we live in Michigan so our summers are the only problem) before the wasps were gone entirely. Each year they became less and less. They must have realized this is not a place to and quot;set up campand quot; any longer.

We signed up for an annual contract with Rose due to an ant problem in our kitchen. Each visit, our technician comes during his scheduled time slot and is courteous and efficient. We have had no problems with ant or any other pest since.

Work was performed at our home in Centreville and at Bronson Michigan where we had the rental property.

They did the job. No problem!

Attempted to call the company for an estimate on 3 different occasions and each time my call was transferred to a recording. I as placed on hold for approximately 5 minutes. I gave up trying, I guess 08:15 am is to early to answer the phone.

I don't use them on a regular basis. I just call them when I need them. I have only used them two times. They didn't even charge me the second time I used them. I took an insect to them and they didn't charge me to tell me what to do with it. I will use them again. I would give them an A in everything. I didn't have any problems with them.

They did a great job. They are a top drawer company.

We pretty much have the same guy come four times a year. He is very prompt. As far as I can tell, he does a very thorough job of inspecting the inside of the house. He then performs his magic by spraying the corners, and around the perimeter of the house. They pretty much keep my house insect-free.

They did a good job and were very nice. He went above and beyond and very eager to please. There is one spot left on my house where the ants are getting in, and Rose offered to come back after the siding was fixed to complete the pest control measures.

We tried to treat the problem ourselves, with sprays, which didn't work. We called this company and they came out, within days. We were not home but the tech called with the estimate, which we approved. Application was performed and the problem appears to be solved.

We had to wait several days for them to come out even though I called as an emergency. When he did come, he was unwilling to tackle to problem, mis identified the critter and left us to our own devices. Do not call Rose if you have anything other than mice or bugs is what their ad should say.

He told me what the problem was and educated me on what it was. They were happy to provide service but if I wanted to do it myself, they told me how to spray and what product to use. I appreciate they were such an honest company.

We live in an old house which is 50-70 years old. It is an old neighborhood and we live right across the street from the river. There are all kinds of worms that like to crawl into our basement here in Michigan. They are fine and are not perfect. They occasional come here where we are not there even though we tell them that it is not a good time. They are not perfect but are adequate. We have lived here for 5 years and have used them all the time though we have changed a lot of other people that we used because of bad service. They are always on time.

They did a very good job and explained everything. They were very thorough at addressing the problem and they got rid of them. They didn't have to come back again.

I was happy with their services. My overall experience with them was excellent.

They were great. They came when they said they would come, she was very professional and gave me some good information. I will use them again in the future.

They come out twice a year and we've been using them for at least 10 years. We are very satisfied and we will continue using them.

Will be looking for a different comapny this one will not call us back.

They come out every 4 months and if I ever see anything crawling around they come out immediately. We live in a country area with lots of trees around. If you pay a yearly fee they don’t play you extra. The man is very nice and I feel comfortable with him in my home.

They are grade A dynamites and are absolutely wonderful. They were superb and were most helpful. They were really good. For a 3 month period of time during the fall, we had a rat problem and they put in live traps. They came out once a week during that time. The worker that came out seemed terrific. He came out when he said he was going to come out and was polite. There was one little problem and immediately the supervisor arrived to overlook the problem. They were really good and very polite on the phone.

I first met with a very knowledgeable lady who didn't charge me anything for her inspection of the property. She couldn't find enough evidence of the c*** roaches when we searched,. so she left some traps and again didn't charge for this service. It was only after a c*** roach was caught in the trap and clearly identified that they explained what needed to be done. Apparently, the type of c*** roach makes a difference in how to proceed. The only charge was for the treatment itself, and I felt confident that this company solved my problem.
