The service man was very knowledgable and pleasant, sprayed thoroughly where I pointed out the problem, and even took care of a second ground nest away from the house. Yellow jackets were all gone within 48 hours, and there is a 90 day guarantee. Although it first sounded like a lot of money, it was half the cost of a national company, and well worth it!
Description of Work: We had a yellow jacket nest under the siding above our back door. After consulting the Internet and spraying for 10 days, they were still going strong.

Three hours later, still no scheduling call. I went with a1 Bee Specialists instead where I was able to see appointment availability online.

Description of Work: They did our home several times in the past and did a good job one treatment for about $230. This time I called and I was on hold for about 20 minutes and then when he finally picked up had a very scripted sales pitch coming from a computer wanting a bunch of information and I got through all that and I was fine with it but then at the end they asked for a credit card and you and I was like finally are you really I'm done. I've never had to give my credit card over the phone before service came over and performed any work.

+ -1 moreThe tech did not find any evidence of current mice. He looked up in all the ceilings. i would have liked him to have cleaned out the mice carcasses, but he did not offer and i did not ask.

Description of Work: Treated an area under our soffet for infestation of what turned out to be yellow jackets. We had tried surface treatments but they did not work. Their guy came on time and suited up and took care of our issue. He said we should see no activity within a day or so and he was right. we would call them again without a doubt.

Description of Work: I use the "yearly plan" where they come 3 times a year. Get a small discount for paying in full. Ben has been the only technician I have had come to my house and he is great. He listens to what issues I have had over the past few months and addresses them. We have used this service since we bought the house in 2010

+ -1 moreShe spent a good hour with us going over all the potential ingress points that the rodents could use to enter the basement. She suggested products to buy to close these ingress points. After a complete inspection and a free bottle of solution she did not charge us anything! Other companies we contacted wanted $95 just to walk into the house. There was not hard sell on her part. She was very pleasant and professional in dealing with us.
Description of Work: We contacted the provider because we had a bad smell in the basement that we thought was from mice droppings and urine. They came out and gave us a complete inspection. They told us there was little that they could do but suggested a product that would help control the smell. She even gave us an opened bottle of the product that she had in her vehicle.

+ -1 moreRose Pest Solutions was incredibly professional and courteous - both on the phone and in person. You can tell that they take pride in their work and know what they are talking about. Not pushy in the slightest - my technician Ben thoroughly discussed his services prior to commencing work - and was even able to advise that one of my concerns didn't need his professional attention and that I would be fine taking care of the issue myself. I agreed with that advice, but it was nice getting the professional concurrence. And I have to say - Ben even complimented me on my piano playing, which he must have heard while bringing my credit card back to the front door from his truck. What a nice guy!
Description of Work: I called Monday morning reporting an issue with dozens of yellow jackets flying in and around my garage within the last week. The representative was very professional and let me know that someone could be out that afternoon to investigate. I did not get a quote over the phone nor was I pressured into anything. That was appreciated. I met with Ben that afternoon at my home - within the time frame that was given to me that morning and only about 5 hours after the initial call! Ben evaluated both my garage and another wasp nest that I had been concerned about in the past. He explained that there was a crack where they had gotten into the garage and the nest was likely either in progress or already going within the wall. He went on to recommend a "dusting" to resolve the issue and rid our garage of the infestation. For the other wasp nest (that was less of a concern), Ben and I mutually agreed that it wasn't going to be a big enough issue to warrant his time to get it down - certainly a relief to get confirmation on that! After spending roughly 15-20 minutes completing the work, Ben took my payment details and we were all set. I was only charged for the application of the nest in the garage - $135 total. Ben also mentioned to call back by the end of the week if I still noticed any wasps and they would come back out. However, I should expect to see no activity after 2 days. One day later - I stood out there for five minutes and didn't see a SINGLE yellow jacket. Kudos and THANK YOU Ben!

They give you a lot of notice before your next appointment in case you need to change it. Their technician Scott is fabulous. He is very clean, he is very polite and he puts on booties when he walks into our house. He makes suggestions and he helped me with a houseplant. I am very impressed with them.
