Doug, the service tech came when he said he would. He took a look around our house and determined that most likely the mice were not getting in anymore but though a squirrel may be getting in through the roof. He told us a simple fix of how to get squirrels out of our house. After Doug left, I called my husband and I had completely forgotten to ask Doug to look at the roof. I called Rose pest control. Doug was nice enough to turn around and come back about 20 minutes later. He went up on our roof to do a closer inspection. He found a hole in our roof and told us a solution to plug the hole to keep mice out. My husband took care of the quick fix today. A lot of companies would have tried to pressure a sale, even for a simple fix. Doug was very helpful and professional. I really appreciated the fact that he turned around and came back, especially considering our house is currently boxed in by road construction. I highly recommend Rose Pest Control. Doug was great!

They came out but they didn?t actually end up doing anything. We needed an exterminator to come out and spray very well inside the boards that were exposed while we were replacing our front door. The man that came out told us that we could do the work ourselves but the boards had been eaten out by carpenter ants and they went back quite far. He launched into a half hour discussion about other clients' money troubles and his own money troubles; it was very inappropriate. He left without doing anything even though I had called with the intention of them doing work. He was pleasant enough but he didn?t actually do anything. I didn?t have to pay but the estimated price was a bit ridiculous. They responded to our calls and came out, but they did not respond well to the problem that we had.

They sent someone out to expect the house before the service. For the appointment they showed right on time and they did their work. I haven't had any ants since then.

Roberta came out the same day I called and provided an estimate and we accepted and they came the next afternoon and treated the area.

Roberta came to the house to see what needed to be done, and give an estimate. There is one area, a bit away from the house, where I have a huge ant nest. She was very open and honest. She told me the treatment might not work for that particular area, as the nest could be as much as 5 feet deep. As it is, it is at least 8 feet long, on surface. She said they were field ants (I think that was term), and couldn't guarantee they would be killed. These ants are different than carpenter ants which were around house. When the tech came out to spray, he included the area with the nest, and said it might help a bit. They ants have been gone for four days, which is 3 1/2 days longer than bug spray, so I'm hoping it will last. The tech told me to trim some trees that were almost touching the roof, as that could be an entry point (and they don't spray that high). He also sprayed, with no additional cost, some areas that had bees. Both Roberta and the tech were knowledgeable and friendly. They told me exactly what to do so my cats would not be harmed. In fact, I thought my cats were inside the house when treatment began. Tech came to tell me there was a cat outside, and inquire if it was mine. He wanted to be sure it would not be harmed.

They did a very good and thorough job.

I called them and they were able to come out the following day. I was very pleased because it was urgent that they come out and they took everything very seriously. They gave us a sixty day guarantee on the work. They said that they would come right back out if the nest started to redevelop at all. I was very happy with the way that they handled the issue. I thought that the price was competitive.

Wonderful experience, she is extremely knowledgeable about both pests and housing maintainence to prevent pests.

At my request, they don't use any harmful chemicals. They come if needed between scheduled visits. The technician is prompt, quiet, and very neat. He wears shoe covers when he is indoors.

They were very professional. I used them in our old house, they are very reliable and they are very well known in our area. They do a good job and got rid of the problem.

The ants all died off after the visit. They sprayed every part of my home with the chemicals and it solved my problem. I did have them come out the second time for routine preventive measures. I felt the price was very much worth getting rid of the ants.

I was absolutely and profoundly grateful for the wonderful service. I would use this company again in a minute. I'm only sorry I waited so long to file a report - this was due to negligence on my part.

THEY ARE A PRETTY GOOD COMPANY OVERALL. WE SET UP A TIME FOR THEM TO COME AND THEY KEPT THE APPOINTMENT. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH EARWIGS OR CARPENTER ANTS AFTER THEY CAME.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. WE ONLY HAD TO HAVE THEM COME ONE TIME, AND THE PROBLEMS WERE COMPLETELY TAKEN CARE OF. WE HAVEN'T HAD TO HAVE THEM COME BACK. WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF WE NEEDED TO.

THEY HAVE A FAIRLY REASONABLE PRICE AND DO A GOOD JOB. THEY DID TRY TO COME OUT A COUPLE OF TIMES WHILE I WAS NOT HOME. THEY HAD TO RETURN WHEN I GOT HOME. THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE EXTRA TRIP AND THAT WAS GOOD.

THEY HANDLED THE SITUATION THE WAY THEY SHOULD HAVE. THEY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND WHY. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.
