Description of Work: No services were provided as the exterminator gave us advice on how to address ourselves and did not charge for the visit. Most honest and professional experience we've had! Would definitely call them in the future for assistance.

Description of Work: We signed up for three treatments for spiders and ants all around our house. The $421 was for all three trips for a 2200 square foot house with a walkout basement. They were there on time, got in, got out. We've only seen one big hairy spider since then and he was probably already inside and hiding when they treated the house. If you continue an annual service agreement with them it is less money the second year.

Description of Work: We had a yellowjacket nest in one of the walls of our house (big nest). Rose sprayed the visable yellowjackets in the area which then infects and destroys the nest (they told me all of this). It took about a week before they were all gone, but like I said, it was a big nest. Very professional and polite. The price was reasonable and the nest is gone.
