We really thought the actual product we got was great. Some problems arose, and the company made promises that they didn t keep. They didn t return our phone calls and never showed up to follow through.

They did send someone, though it was several months later. He said he thought he was there because there was water in between the tub and liner. After more insisting, they did say they would order it. After several months I called to see if the liner was there, and the woman was gone for a long time and said they had it. I didn't understand why they didn't call. They finally showed up on the scheduled day, and he had no idea why he was there (he didn't have my color tub). I end up talking to the owner (very rude), and finally they installed it after even more calling. To end it all, they sent some young kids to install the new tub, and the shower door fell off after they left! I am so disgusted with this company and what happened. I lost nearly a week of work days over this tub, and this was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I have tried to report this to the BBB, and they took the side of the company. I cannot emphasize enough that it was an absolute nightmare!

They did a poor job, and wont return to fix the problems. They damaged my wall, and wont get back to me to get everything fixed.

I signed contract w/ on 7/5/06 and paid a $1,000 deposit. I called on 7/10/06 (Monday) to cancel the contract. The owner Cindy did not return my call. On Tuesday I faxed the contract back w/ my signature to cancel. Cindy said, I could not cancel, because it was the 4th day (Tuesday) and you only have 3 days to cancel. I said o.k. I called Cindy on her cell phone asking her to give me a date as to when the enclosures would arrive. I called for about three weeks and she didn't call me back. I then called my credit card company to have the $1,000 deposit reversed. I didn't worry about calling again. The receptionist called in Sept. to say that the enclosures arrived. I wasn't home during the install. My husband gave a total of $3495.00, $195 extra. I called Cindy, she said she would mail a check. She never did. One month later, we decided to go to the office to get the check. She was not there and the check was for $140. Still short. I called her, she couldn't talk. She owes us money!

THE JOB THAT THEY DID FOR ME WAS VERY WELL DONE. IF I DIDN'T KNOW ANY BETTER I WOULD SAY THAT IT WAS A BRAND NEW BATHROOM. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE BATHTUB AND THE FLOOR. I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB.

IT TOOK OVER THREE WEEKS FOR THEM TO ARRIVE AFTER I ORIGINALLY CALLED THEM. THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS OF VERY POOR QUALITY. THEY EVEN LEFT A HOLE IN MY WALL. I HAVE TRIED TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM SEVERAL TIMES, BUT THEY DO NOT RETURN MY CALLS.
