Nature's Way arrived at the appointed time. He was courteous, professional and efficient. The job went well and I would hire them again and/or recommend them to others.

I contacted Natures Way and talked to the owner Tom to set an appointment. He was able to take my call right away. I told him that I am an Angies list member and had a coupon and needed this service preformed as soon as he was available. Set the appoinment. Day of he called to confirm. Also, he called when he was on his way and gave me an estimate of what time he would arrive to my home. He came in and I let him in and explained where we were going to start. Very neat about everything he did and quickly. He is a keeper. Awesome job Tom ! Kathy Cortez

We just purchased a used home and requested that Nature's Way clean our carpet before move in. Tom accommodated our timeline and kept us informed of arrival time and met it. He previewed the areas that needed cleaning, pretreated a few stains that needed it. Was very congenial, knowledgeable about his work and did a fabulous job. He called us down to see the basement carpet when he had completed it and we had no idea that it was that dirty. Beautiful professional job completed by a very personable young man!

Had a great experience. The company showed up right on time. They were very friendly and professional. I showed him some stains in my carpets. All the stains came out and the deodorizer was very pleasant. Not over powerful at all. I will definitely use this company again! They took time to really give me a quality job. My carpets never looked so good. They also asked if I wanted my sofa and chair cleaned while they were there and the price was so good I could deny it. The furniture looked outstanding after he was done! I was amazed at how clean he got them!!! Great company, great employees, great quality and great price. I'll call them every time to clean my carpets and furniture!

It went great!! They arrived on time and the gentleman who did the cleaning was very nice and dressed professional. He was very cautious with moving furniture around and took the time to show me how their equipment worked. They did an excellent job and my carpets were dry a few hours after they left. The carpets looked new again even though the carpets were over 10 years old. I highly recommend this company! They were awesome!
