Reva comes out twice. She comes out and does a home assessment first. She likes to meet with the customer to assess their needs. She checks on things one likes and things one dislikes. She pays attentions to smallest things like if one wants the vase directly stern on the table and not off to the side, she does that. She goes into little quirks and details of things like that. She sits and talks to her customers for about an hour. She discusses the products that she uses and what equipment one would need to have available for her. She does not supply equipment; she likes to use her customer’s vacuum cleaner if that is okay because she does not want to have to take it in and out of people’s homes. She does not want to use the same vacuum cleaners in all homes. She usually likes to have one’s own mop and bucket. Other than that, she brings her own cleaning supplies and other things she uses for cleaning. She looks around the house and the areas that one wants her to clean. She looks at them and assesses them and then she gives an estimate. I paid her $185 for the initial cleaning service. Then if I want a maintenance cleaning, she charges about $160. It looks wonderful after she cleans. I have stayed here while she cleaned and I thought that she was extremely efficient. She cleans things that I never touched. She even wipes on top of the doors. I wanted the house clean especially for Christmas so she was cleaning and even went under the table for dusting the table legs. The house smelled clean when she was done. She is awesome. I am going to call her to come back this month.
