Okay! The Tech were on time and very friendly. Of the 2 that showed up, 1 was brand new to the company. While the cleaning they did was great as I had a lot of dust on the furniture from the new carpet I had installed. Biggest issue was living in a 2nd story condo meant they had to run all the hoses up the stairs. The newer guy did all the house running and did not attempt the protect the corners of my dry wall. As he drug the hose up the stairs around every turn I now have a black mark and a dent where the house was pulled around the corners and pulled off all the paint and left marks. The reason I know they were so post to us corner protectors is next week I had the air duct side of the business out and they put corner protects on every corner.

Good! Service Techs were on time, friendly, and completed the job quickly. Had the $100 off Angies List Coupon which made it a worth while expense.

Very well We were happy with quality, personality of our technician and the price was reasonable. A nice feature is that most of the trucks can clean multiple different items. Saves time.

Joe D, our tech, was fantastic! He was prompt and efficient. He showed us inside of our ducts before and after cleaning, and explained the whole process thoroughly. He was very pleasant.

OK, the camera view inside the duct work by the furnace was inconsequential. I couldn't really tell a difference with the before view and the after view! Also the camera view was at the entrance to the duct work by the furnace itself, the only view shown. It would have been very helpful to be able to check the view in the middle and near the end of the duct work lines.

They were running a special. Five rooms for $99. They are well known in the Detroit area.

Cedric called prior to arrival. He arrived on time. Cedric confimed the work we requested to have performed. He was very professional and polite. He did a awesome job. Next time we schedule to have our carpets cleaned, we will ask for Cedric.

Service was good. I would have liked to know in advance that the cleaning process would leave an odor for the rest of the day.

They were awesome and our tech was excellent as well. So satisfied with everything. I loved their online scheduling as well. They called both the day before and the morning of to confirm times, etc. They were on time, efficient, and even got out three stains we couldn't remove conventionally. I would definitely recommend them! We have had other companies come out and clean our carpets and they never did this good of a job!

I pulled off some of the vent registers to do some painting and saw a lot of dust. Since I recently bought the house, I wasn't sure when (if ever) the ducts were previously cleaned. Everything with Modernistic went very smoothly. The work was done very quickly (though thoroughly). I used a valpak coupon and scheduled the appointment online. They were out within a few days well within the scheduled timeframe. They made calls they day before to confirm the time and the crew called the day of to let me know their arrival time. Not much else to say other than the ducts and dryer vent was cleaned very thoroughly.
