We were very pleased with the quality and professionalism. They were able to remove spots the others were not.

John and Joseph were very professional and they did a fantastic job. I have never had the air ducts cleaned so I had no idea what that entailed but they explained everything so I completely understood what was going on. I plan on using them when I have the air ducts cleaned in my mothers house.

The Technician was prompt and professional. Our carpets were pre-treated for stains, deodorized and scotch guarded. The carpets look great.

Guys were very professional and very courteous young men. I would definately invite this company back. They not only showed me the before camera view, they explained it and then they talked about some of the other experiences they had with other houses. They were neat and wore shoe footies as well as cleaned up behind themselves.

We needed a quick cleaning of the carpets. They were very accommodating. The carpets were clean when done and stain treatment was good at elimating stains. I wasn't happy with them skipping some of our master bedroom that had an area rug without discussing. I did not realize they would just skip that part.

Efficient and clean service. I appreciated being able to compare before and after images.

I have 2 black lab mix dogs and they get my carpet dirty. Jay arrived on time. The carpet looks great and smells wonderful. I like the deodorizer he used. I always use Modernistic for my carpets. The techs are always professional and do a great job. I highly recommend them.

They were reasonable. They did a fine job that was appropriate. It was a good service. It wasn't a great service but it was good. The upholstery was not as clean as I would have hoped it would have been. It was clean but it was not perfectly clean.

Time frame for service was between 9am and noon. The provider called at 8:30 and told me he would arrive at 9. He showed up right on time and completed the job efficiently and quickly. He was polite and considerate, asking if there were any special areas of concern and explaining what to do to speed the drying process. The carpet looks great.

Initially we were very disappointed with the state that they left our basement in. However after calling and talking with a manager - they paid for a cleaning crew to come out and make everything spotless - better than new. I believe how a company deals with adversity showcases how they truly value the customer. Our family felt well taken care of.

The young men were prompt and dressed in uniforms. Wore boots on shoes. Cleaned all vents in a short period of time. No mess was left behind. Would definitely hire this company again.

Booked this vendor through Angie's List. The guy who came was prompt and highly professional. Very polite, wore a name tag with his photo on it (gave my wife peace of mind). Wore booties when he came in and out of the house. Knew exactly how to pre-treat specific stains. The final result was AMAZING. We were ready to replace all the carpeting until Modernistic showed up. Their cleaning transformed our carpet to nearly-new condition. Highly recommended.

Very professional and very well performed. Did not miss one air duct of the entire house. Used ladder to clean the air ducts that were placed high up.

The cleaners called promptly the morning of to let me know when they would arrive. They showed up exactly on time and got right to work. They did a great job and were pleasant and professional. I would definitely use them again.

The service provider kept me informed of when he would show up on the date. He completed the job in a very timely manner and the finished cleaning looked great!

These were some of the nicest guys I have encountered this year with all of my spring cleaning projects. And it was a pleasure having them in my home on this project. Unfortunately I don't recall their names after they gave them to me and it wasn't on the e-mail bill. But I'm sure the company's records will show who they were. They arrived on time, explained what they would be doing and went over things that would be an additional cost before starting the work. I was showed before and after pictures unlike the company (who calls itself the best in the state) I had hired before who promised pictures but never delivered. They didn't rush, but didn't waste time completing the job. They answered all of my questions and proved they were very knowledgeable about their work. But I was most impressed on how personable they were. Voluntarily giving useful tips on air ducts maintenance and carpet cleaning without being asked. While at the same time continuing to do their jobs. When they were finished I looked over the work and more than pleased on how thorough they had done the job covering all of the areas of work they had promised. These guys as workers were the total package. They were professional, skilled, knowledgable and friendly. They complimented each other as co-workers and performed the same level of quality work regardless of who was doing the task. I think these guys are the best representation of your company. And when I finally get to cleaning my carpet, after all of the inside traffic is over, I will definitely be calling Modernistic to do the job even if it's not the cheapest cost. Based solely on my overall satisfaction of the performance of your two workers for the air ducts. I regret I can not remember their names because they truly deserve name recognition.

I bought a special offered to Angie customers and did not realize it would not cover the entire house as it is priced by vent. I purchased the additional coverage and also added the dryer vent. The technicians were professional, explained the process and checked with me whenever they had a question. Excellent service.

Technicians arrived promptly as scheduled. They were personable and professional. I really appreciated the respect that was shown for my home (using footies and conscientious attention to protecting my living space). I definitely will use them again.

$ 83 was the minimum that they could charge for cleaning the tiles. The tile cleaning wasn't as good as I thought it should be- I still have some reservations about that. I didn't have anything to compare their price with. I wouldn't use them again for tiling.

Great - the technician was not able to get some stains out but was very clear about what was possible from the beginning. He even offered some direction for future spills/stains to prevent issues when I'm cleaning on my own. We sold our house after only 2 showings, and our carpet was the original carpet that came in the house (Pulte built home, so really not the best quality). Guess the cleaning was worth it!

When I contacted them by phone, they responded promptly, discussed the scope of the job, and set up the appointment at a convenient time. The 2 workmen arrived on time, were very polite and professional, and completed the work efficiently. The carpets and rugs look great.
