Why is this coming to my inbox repeatedly of no services were performed?! Please stop

Modernistic sent out Nick and Lucas to perform the work. They were very courteous, professional and informative. After showing me how dirty the vents were on video they proceeded to clean them up. After they were finished they showed me the video of a perfectly clean system. Great workers, great personalities, great company.

Needed A cloth couch cleaned and 4bed, hallway, stairs cleaned for warranty purposes. Dif a great jon $75 for couch and $150 for carpet. On time and good service.

Rug was left very wet. In some places it took days to totally dry out. No furniture was moved.

Great. We have used this service several times. The technicians are thorough professionals, and they do an excellent job. Keep an eye out for coupon specials offered through local Shopper magazines and Val-Pak coupon mailings for best deals.

Friendly, professional team brought my 14-year-old carpeting back to life! Newer stains were removed; old stains were minimized, allowing me a bit more time before replacement. Not my first time with Modernistic: I'm a repeat customer!

Using a camera they showed me all the debris that had accumulated in the ducts. Showed me the ducts afterwards, it was clean. They did clean a few of the vent covers but not all (because I had already removed them). I didn't like how they priced out their efforts based on number of vents in house when they didn't clean all of them.

Did a good job and got out some tough stains.

Larry and Elbert were punctual, friendly, and very responsive to my questions and preferences. They even moved some furniture for me as needed. I would definitely request them the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

The job went well once they arrived. I will never do an afternoon appointment again. My 12-4 appointment turned out to be a 4:30 appointment. No concessions for lateness.

After they did the work, I found some spots. So I contacted them and they advised that I exceeded the number of days for them to come out for free. I'm not sure if it was included on the contract but after they did the service, no one advised me that if there's something, I should call them within xx no. of days.

They did a great job on worn, dirty carpets...and didn't judge my housekeeping!!!

Service was professional and effective!

Great. Josh and Sean were on time and very professional. They showed us before and after views of our ducts. They were able to access a vent in a room where other companies avoided because ease of access was harder. We would have liked to have paid less but we are very satisfied with their work and would hire them again.

The two men did a very good job of cleaning the carpets and chair. They were very professional and very polite. I have always called Modernijtic when I need the carpets cleaned and I highly recommend them.

It went pretty well. There truck broke down so they had to leave and get another one, no big deal. I had them go over more than their usual one time Usually if they do my carpet and I have move very limited furniture they r in and out in an hour tops. That always bothered me. I told them this is not a one swipe project. They paid attention to every concern I had. Sometimes it’s the people they send out that makes the biggest difference. Conner and Ryan did a great job! Thanks guys for listening to me and fixing the carpet spots I pointed out!

Stains in family room did not come out. The urine smell in upstairs landing is as bad as it was prior to cleaning- our carpet is not even three years old. A bit disappointed in the outcome. They were fast but not sure how thourough.
