The two men who arrived were punctual, polite, and efficient. Overall a joy to work with.

The two technicians were right on time, well dressed in uniforms with Modernistic logos and respectful of our house and belongings. There were 12 extra vents beyond the 20 covered in the Angies List Big Deal and the extra cost was explained ahead of time. Our ducts hadn't been cleaned in a very long time so lots of dust and debris was found. The job took about 4 hours and it's noisy while it's being done but I expected that. I would hire them again.

Aaron performed the service and he did a fantastic job to carpet I had neglected for years. He was very professional and personable. He arrived on time and explained what he was going to do before performing the service. He pointed out potential problem areas but still did a great job cleaning those areas. I was very satisfied with the time he took to complete the work and the overall service. I have no negative comments. I will definitely use the company again and recommend it to my friends and relatives.

I purchased the coupon for my Mother. She had priced services at a much higher rate. She was very pleased with the company and their work. She would have them come back to her home and she saved about $300.00.

Two men arrived on time at 9am. They covered, floors ,put protective corners everywhere a hose would touch a wall or door set up in the basement and went to work. They showed us withe a small video camera before and after. Very thorough . This was new construction and we noticed immediately a reduction in dust. Our air filters are much cleaner also.

We were totally elated with how the carpeting turned out but the sectional still has spots all over it.

Two men came out. They were very professional and appeared to do a good job. My package including scotchguarding and I had to ask/remind the technicians as they had thought the job completed without it having been done. In reviewing the order, realized it was included and scotchguarded the carpeting. The carpeting looks great! Spots were all removed. Have used them in the past and have always had good results.

This is the second time I've used them. They're very friendly and knowledgeable, they give plenty of advance notice as to when they'll arrive, and they're always in and out quickly. Dave was the tech we used, and we won't hesitate to use them again!

Modernistic was GREAT. They called me the morning of the cleaning and advised when they would arrive. They arrive on-time and performed the services with great efficiency. My carpets look great! I would recommend everyone use Modernistic for their carpet cleaning needs.

My grout was extremely discolored and dark. When I called on a Thursday, they scheduled for Sunday. The rep on the phone told me the cost to come out (in case we didn't use then), and the per square foot price as well a the minimum. I was told I would get a call between 7:30 and 8:00 am to get a time window. I got a call from the rep at 8:09am (not bad)and was told he would be there between 9 and 10 am. He was there prior to 10 and offered to show us a test area. I had over 400 square feet. They did an awesome job. I would hire them again for sure. They answered all of our questions and were very professional. I wish I could attach my before and after pictures of their good work.

The reason why I got the vents cleaned is because I did not want dust all over the house. It doesn't seem like it cut down on the dust and I'm not sure if all the vents were cleaned out like they were supposed to be. There's dust everywhere so I'm sure that something was missed. They were overpriced as they were not here that long and the cost should have only been about half that. They cleaned out some of the vents but they did not do a thorough job. They were nice to work with. I would not use them again unless I stood there watching them to make sure the job was getting done. It didn't seem like it cut back on the dust. I'm not sure that all the vents were cleaned out like they were supposed to. If there's dust everywhere, I'm sure that something was missed. It was overpriced. They weren't here that long. They didn't do a complete job. They were nice.

It was okay. We were expecting more detailing from them. They were not cleaning some places on my ducts that they should be doing. We asked them to do the same day. At the end, they did. But, it took a little bit of time for them to complete the work in a good manner. They charged me an additional amount because I had extra vents. They charged $130 on top of the amount I paid Angie's List.

It turns out the duct work had never been cleaned out of my 88 year old home. The staff were professional and showed my the debris in my ducts with their video camera?. it was gross! I am so glad they spend extra time making sure the job was done well. My house is now dust free with clean ducts. Thank you!

Great! Don and Tim were prompt, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. They got my stains out and were friendly to my dog.
