Modernistic

The service was fine. Modernistic was good. The price was fine. The biggest thing was the overselling of the service. They said they were going to do deep cleaning like we wanted to have things cleaned. We were just moving into the home and wanted to make sure that the house was cleaned behind the refrigerator. There were some areas they said they would do a deep clean and just ended up doing a regular housecleaning. They should not say they do deep cleaning.

First experience in duct cleaning, workers were polite, informative and did a great job.

They did a great job. Took the time to make sure some pet spots were properly cleaned. Will use again.

I would have got some work done if at all they had the courtesy to reach out to me after i had spent money and purchased an offer for their service. No respect to customer's time. Will never reach out to them.

Professional and friendly crew, cleaned out the ducts and vents without issue.

Our service guy did a great job. It was easy to get an appointment, he was on time and he was very professional. He even removed stains that I didn't think would come out.

Excellent. The workers showed up on time and were very courteous and professional throughout the visit. A few times they had to work around some painters that were the in house and they did so with no complaints. I highly recommend them.

It was great, they came early and were very thorough and professional. They left no excess dust and I could visibly see how much cleaner my ducts were. It looked like the ducts were never cleaned, but now look great.

Fantastic! The gentleman that arrived was very informative and proud of the process used on the carpets. He explained everything he was doing and even showed before and after sections to prove quality of service. Carpet looked and smelled amazing - given we have a 130 lb dog that is no easy feat!

they were very organized and professional . did not have a camera to show air ducts before and after like ad stated. but air ducts were cleaned . deodorizer didn't last long, maybe a week.

The gentlemen from Modernistic, Ed and Nick, were great!!! They explained what was covered and what they were doing each step of they way. They delivered on all the details of the service and I am very happy their work. Also, it is crazy how much stuff was in our ducts!!!

John was super nice, threw in extra cleaners for smell and took his time to make sure grout and stains were completely out. Great service and was great for the money! Highly recommend.

It went fine. I had it done on a property that I own. I wasn't there when they showed up but from my tenants perspective, everything went fine. The price was normal. They could have asked what other services had, looking a bit more with contacting the tenants locally.

The gentlemen were wonderful! They explained the process, answered my questions, and explained what we were seeing on the video camera. They were quick, cleaned up after themselves (although there really was nothing to clean up). I will definitely use Modernistic again!

It went perfectly. The technician came right on time. He was very friendly and even asked if he could help me carry any boxes since I was moving out of the house. The carpet looks great and the house is ready now to be put up for sale. It was very easy to schedule the service too.

They arrived on time and removed spots that had not been removed by the previous carpet cleaner. At the end of the work, the carpet looked like new

Modernistic called before they arrived and were prompt in their arrival. They showed me the current condition of the vents using their camera and explained the service. I left them to complete the job, returning to my work and they called when they were finishing up. They then showed the completed service, which was night and day from the original picture.
