Well. I am not able to move furniture so the technician moved everything that needed to be moved

It went very well. The crew was friendly, informative, and thorough.

I had a coupon for it, but they don't tell you things. Like they added a scrabble fee to it. So that did rub me right. They added fees that they didn't tell me. They guy was good but, I had to remind him. It was snowing out and I had to remind them, you know you cannot walk on my carpet after being out side so he put on the booties. Then he went out to get something and walked all the way across my carpet with out putting them on. You know what kind of defeats the purpose of putting them on in the first part. Then adding extra fees that were not discussed over the phone. When he got out here and they added it up there was a $15-20 travel fees for them having to come out. I probably wouldn't call them again.

I have had them out a couple of times, I think it was twice. They could do a better job cleaning the carpet. I don't really care about how they clean the carpet and how the carpet comes out. When they are finished, it looks dirty again about two to three weeks after they came. There was really no longevity to it. It is only me and my wife, the kids are gone. The overall cleaning, I just don't think that it is that great.

Josh S and Andre B. did an amazing job. They were quick and efficient, explained what they were doing and showed me the inside of the vents before and after. Were very careful with the hoses and made no mess.

They were pretty good; I would have preferred that they clean up a little better at the end of the job. What stood out the most was their punctuality. They were early, which was really nice.

The carpet cleaning went just fine, and the rep showed up on time and did a great job. HOWEVER, his truck leaked about a quart of oil on my driveway. He must have driven through it as he backed out (not knowing it leaked) and spread oily tire tracks down my driveway. I was not home when the services were performed, so I did not learn about the leak until the next day... when I found the tire tracks on the driveway, the huge puddle of still-wet oil, and a new set of oil tracks leading to my garage where my wife drove through it as well (since neither of us saw/knew about it, as we got home late at night). So I call modernistic to come clean it up, and they tell me they will come "on the first dry period of 24 hours"... in Michigan... in February... I'm no chemist, but the longer you leave oil to sit, the deeper it sinks in. So I have to do exactly what I didn't want to do, which is go out in the cold and wet Michigan weather with Dawn, Simple Green, and a push broom and scrub at these stains myself. As if I didn't have enough to do when moving into a new house. Long story short, it's been a week since I called and no one has shown up and the damage to my driveway (which had no other stains on it when I bought it) is done (and looks like crap). I'm pretty disappointed that Modernistic would send such a hazardous truck to my brand new home, and wreck my driveway in the manner they did. You all might be fine at cleaning carpet, but man did you make an even bigger mess for me to clean up. I'll never use your company again. My expectations were for your company to take responsibility and show up ASAP to clean that mess up, not to wait "until a dry day", as if the only products that can possibly clean up oil are those which can only be used on a dry day... give me a break.

Modernistic was able to get my son an appointment the day after he called. Devin did a wonderful job on their carpets. They are preparing for a new baby and wanted to welcome her into a fresh, clean home. We could not be happier with the great service. Our whole family uses you: you are the only cleaning service we entrust our homes to!

Never hired the company due to an extra charge that is NOT addressed or listed anywhere on the website. Don't they call that bait & switch?

They had a special for $299 for the whole house. It was very well priced, they were great! I like them very much, I'd use them again. Overall it's been a good experience. There were two people that came out to complete the work. They explained everything to me really well. They put down mats and put on booties so they will not mark up my floors. They cleaned up after themselves very well. It was kind of a dirty process. They did a great job, they were very friendly and I like them very much.

Great customer service, timely and efficient

It went well. Professional, friendly staff that were very accommodating to my two cats.

The guys showed up on time and were very nice and easy to work with. They did a tour of the house and then got to work. It was an easy job as there was no furniture to move so they worked quickly.

Not well. I was told they could not help me, but it did not strike me they tried very hard to accomplish the work they were there to do. I called Angies list and asked for and received a full refund.

Unbelievably great. Cleaning companies have the worst reputation for not being clean. These guys are amazing. My employees and customers are happier and as a result I get better results from my staff and reoccurring clientele.

They were great!! I had painters the same day due to a snow storm I had gotten bumped to the next day! Modernistic was so careful not to hit the walls and they did not nic one wall! They were quick and so friendly! I will hire them again for sure!

Job went great. I was shown a picture of the air ducts before they started cleaning and then afterwards. Big difference in condition. The job took approximately 2 hours and they were very careful with their equipment inside the house.

The tech was very polite and professional, however he wasn't too concerned about running the hose over the corners or against our new cabinets. He very graciously came back into a spot he had already done to touch up a really dirty area when I asked. The only downfall is that the solution they used left my carpets feeling a bit 'stiff' or like there's a residue perhaps? I just notice in bare feet, the carpet doesn't feel as soft as it has.
