Description of Work: The deal was for 10 vents, and I had 17, so it cost more than anticipated. That was in the fine print, but being a newbie to this type of service, I thought only 10 of my 17 fit their criterion and the charge would be less (lesson learned). Also, the video feed showing before/after wasn't terribly clear to me, perhaps due to lack of light or color? So, that wasn't as valuable as I thought. They were very professional and courteous.

Description of Work: They showed up and performed their work. Unfortunately, when I went to check there was hair all over the carpet and debris. I called to inquire if they had been there, the receptionist said they had been there already. I indicated that the nap on the rug showed no signs of being washed and the carpet was dry. I needed them to come back and they acted as if it was a bother. I cancelled the service all together. Never again.
