Description of Work: Have used several times to clean my home due to the excellent job they do at work. Techs are very professional and courteous. After an emergency cleaning of an oil spill on fabric at work, they arrived unannounced the next day just to make sure they "got it all" and there was no residue. Great customer service!

Description of Work: My carpet was in bad shape due to stains from a sick dog. They came in, pretreated the stains, cleaned the carpet and it looks great. The two men that did the cleaning were polite, very capable and made suggestions on how to treat for pet stains. These two techs were wonderful. They worked great together. Excellent reps for their company.

Description of Work: Cleaned a California King sized mattress. They were polite and on time. Did a good job cleaning the mattress. They claimed they couldn't get certain stains out but after they were done we noticed that the stains came out easily with a little bleach. It would have been preferred to see them use that technique, then steam clean it to remove and bleach residue or smell. Otherwise, the steam clean was great and I would use them again. Great price too.

Description of Work: Have 67 steps that are carpeted on the sides which makes it more costly; but they were fairly priced. Plus after furniture was removed so condo could be rented there was a "dirt line" around the perimeter of great room, library and tv room and bedrooms. The did a great job; carpet looked almost brand new.

Description of Work: Cleaned 2 large bedrooms, hall and stairs. Good job, efficient, professional, on time and were available to meet my tight schedule. Should not have gotten the deodorizer. We had a different company clean our living room, dining room and family room about a year prior. They were not available on the date needed. They did a better job getting stains out. Will go with them first but not rule out Modernistic if in a jam.

Description of Work: Modernistic provided air duct cleaning for us in the morning, and carpet cleaning in the afternoon. All workers were prompt, courteous, professional and polite. We are happy with the service.

Description of Work: They called and said that they would arrive in about 15 minutes. They were very professional. They found all of the stains and prespotted. They were thorough and quick. Will use them again.

Description of Work: Air duct cleaning. Although they did a good job with cleaning out the air ducts in our home... They do not provide before/after pictures as is the going trend so you can actually see what got done... But they do stick up a camera in there so you can see a small image of what it looks like in there. My biggest issue was with their price... Going in, I was informed that the big deal only covered a certain number of ducts per unit and the additional would be extra. I have 2 units and paid for the second one... However, they said I had additional ducts when they came and charged me way more than I felt was fair even for additional ducts. They were good in their service with respecting the house. | |However, since using them I have found other service providers on Angie's list that have "whole house specials" that are 1/3rd the cost of modernistic.

Description of Work: They cleaned an ottoman, couch, and chaise long. They did an excellent job, and left clear instructions and arranged pillows neatly to dry. Arrived on time and worked efficiently.
