Description of Work: Rescheduled twice due to their truck broken down issue. |They had a truck with build-in super vacuum which sucked the dirt out of your pipes. Two men, approximately 1 hour job. The staff were polite and professional. They did camera inspection before and after cleaning and showed the results. | |Hidden charges: the $299 package covers only 10 vents. Both outlet vents and return-air vents count. $20 per extra vent in your house. I ended up paying $100 more plus the $299 paid upfront, $399 in total. The funny part is that I asked, hey can you just clean up the 10 vents and leave the extra 5 vents alone? I can clean them up myself. The answer was told "NO" because all the vents are connected to the main air pipe. I guess they just need to charge the $100 no matter what. | |Overall, They did the job as expected. Be careful with their hidden charges - $20/extra vent - this fee is not disclosed anywhere till they get into your house and finish counting the vents.
