Mark was a help beyond belief. He provided so much added-value. I cannot find the words appreciative enough of the help he provided. Mark even instructed me on how to wash certain rugs in my washer and dryer so I could do them myself without incurring an added expense. He went the extra mile to show me which selections to choose on my washer and dryer. On the carpeted rugs which were not applicable to a washing machine, he showed me the reverse side of one of the rugs which indicated stains and provided techinical advice regarding how carpeting absorbs stains. Before Mark and Mike started cleaning, he gave me valuable advice regarding how carpeting reacts to traffic and soil and over the counter cleaners. Upon reviewing my carpeted areas, Mark told me about additional services to provide 3M stain protection and aromacide for pet stains (we just got a puppy) which I appreciated because the additional services were items I wanted and at a minimal cost. Mark provided so much technical advice along the way...I really appreciate him! Their products are safe for animals. When they completed their carpet cleaning, Mark told me about a service they provide for stone flooring which deep-cleans the grout and reseals the stone flooring. Mark is not a salesperson. Mark is a person who legitimately cares about the service he is providing. I am completely and uterlitely impressed! I wish I had a before/after photo to post.

Fantastic job removed some tough stains, dog stains and traffic stains.

I used a coupon from Angie's List, it was a deal for some many rooms. They were ok. The carpets weren't in bad shape, it was just a freshening it up, we had just bought the house. It was one guy who came.

This is the third time I've used Modernistic for this service, in my rental home, and they do a great job each time. Good equipment, trained technicians, and quality work. The only issue I ever have is with their bookkeeping and the pre-purchased Angie's list offers. We always figure it out but, in my experience, it doesn't seem these guys get a lot of folks paying with Angie's list pre-paid offers. I'll keep using Modernistic in the future as I transition tenants in my rental home.

It went very well. I was contacted the day after I made the Angie's Big Deal purchase. It was easy making the appointment, and the technicians arrived on time. The technician explained how they were going to perform the cleaning. I brought attention to several spots on the carpet that were obvious stains. He told me he could get those out without a problem. It took about an hour to clean, deodorize and protect the carpeting. The finished job looked great, even the stained areas. I definitely would hire them again.

I've hired this company before, and as usual they did an excellent job. I can breathe again! The ductwork had not been cleaned in many years.

The day of my service, the provider called to inform me of his arrival time--he gave me a two hour window, but he was here precisely at the beginning of that window. When he entered the residence, he introduced himself, made certain that we were both clear on the price/expectation, and then immediately began working. After the cleaning--prior to applying the protective coat--he had me inspect the floor. I have to admit, I was so amazed that he could have almost convinced me that he had already applied the finish: it was that good! I assured him that I was quite satisfied, and he went back to work. The entire job was completed in roughly two hours, and I was able to tread lightly in socks about two hours later. This will become a six month ritual: totally worth the money

They didn't get certain stains out. Good responsiveness. I would try someone else to get the stains out. Certain stains they couldn't get out. I mean they're good, but they couldn't get out my stains.

They did a great job. They gave extra attention to the heavy soiled areas and moved small pieces of furniture to clean the area thoroughly.

The only thing we had is when they got finished, and it dried the next day there were some spots on the steps. They did the steps going down to the basement, and a coupled of spots in front of a bench we had to call them on. They came out and fixed it. I would use them again.

When they realized they were running behind on their previous job, they sent one of the crew to our house to clean the carpets. He did a great job. Very professional, very courteous. Would definitely hire them again.

Jay was punctual and super friendly and professional. He did a great job on the couches and I feel so much better now that they look brand new again. I chose them because of other positive reviews and others were spot on. Worth the money for sure!

Only 1 person was sent to do the carpet cleaning. Companies I've used before send 2, so this person would not be able to move heavy furniture. I pointed out a stain when I took him around, and when he was finished, he said he got every stain out. Well, I looked the second day, and sure enough, the stain was still there--although not as prominent. Instead of cleaning the tiles, he gave me an estimate and said that the tile job would have to wait until another day. He was going to call back to set up another date, but I never heard from him again.

Perfect. I had them perform this same service two years ago and it went well that time also.

Work was done professionally. Only problem I had was the window they gave for doing the work. We had to remain available for them the whole day. It seems to me they could have given a 2 or 3 hour window for their arrival.

They were very professional although I was told they could not move big furniture and I thought that was part of the deal. They worked hard to clean under beds, etc. There was a spot in one room that did not go away, but they came back and fixed that.

It went really well! Mark was very professional and his work was thourough. He did a walk-through first so we could show him what our expectations were. Then he explained what he'd planned to do in order to meet our expectations...and just like that, it was done! Our carpets looked brand new and he even cleaned our ottoman (which was in really bad shape). I will definitely be using this company from now on.

Technician was prompt. He was courteous and friendly. He explained the process. The result was excellent, my microfiber sectional sofa had a lot of dog drool stains and was dirty, 3 years old and never cleaned professionally, it looks new again! No stains. I would hire again.

The stains came out and we didn't have to get a new carpet.
