Description of Work: Very professional and quick. My carpet looked beautiful. A few days after they left spots appeared. They came back quickly and removed the spots. A few of the spots reappeared and, again, they quickly returned and took care of them.

Description of Work: I had an appointment scheduled the previous week and no one showed up for the appointment . I called and spoke with Jeff and he made sure that I was given a discount and contacted more than once on the next scheduled day of service. It was really worth the wait ! I had wonderful carpet cleaning by both servicemen and they even made sure they cleaned the "bump" on the front of each stair which other companies had not. They did a good job with the tile in the shower surround even if they were not able to remove the mold from the grout. I would definately use them to clean the carpet again; my husband is well pleased and he is very hard to please on anything.

Description of Work: Great experience. I called and they were able to come two days later, on a Saturday. I was given a window from noon to 3 :00 pm, and the van arrived at 12:15. Ryan and Sean were done around 2:00. They did a great job and cleaned the few water spots that had gotten on the hardwood. In sum, we had 7 rooms, large hallway and stairs cleaned.

Description of Work: As a busy professional, I always turn to Modernistic for carpet cleaning, but wow, they do so much more! I have used Modernistic for carpet cleaning, ever since becoming a home owner, many years ago. This year, Steve and Mike arrived to clean the carpets, as scheduled. They offered a demo of cleaning my upholstered chairs, and thinking this was just a "sales tactic" I took the bait. And I am glad I did! After seeing the results of the demo, and thinking to myself, "I haven't thoroughly cleaned these chairs in years" I gave the go-ahead and purchased the service. The results were outstanding - the chairs look like new! While they were here, I inquired about Modernistic's new hardwood cleaning service. Steve explained the process and provided an estimate. For around $200 I could have the hardwood floors in my kitchen "deep-cleaned" and coated with a new finish. My kitchen floors were dull and scuffed, but no more! Mike, while here to clean the carpets, called the home office, and was able to schedule the hardwood cleaning of my kitchen floor, for the following day, which was the only day that fit into my schedule. These guys are busy, especially with this new hardwood cleaning service, the only of its kind in Michigan, so I really appreciate them fitting me into my schedule. The following morning, Mike K. arrived, as scheduled, to clean my hardwood floors. He explained the process, and reviewed the results each step of the way, including, upon my request, to see the dirty water that resulted from the first pass over the floor. Yuck, did I really let my dog eat crumbs off this floor? Mike was very thorough in his work, getting down on his knees to get to the areas the machine could not reach. To say I am pleased with the results is an understatement! My floor looks like new! What a great technology, and the whole process took only two hours, with no inconvenience on my end, except for keeping my dog out of the kitchen for twentyfour hours! My jaw is still on the floor at the results! Amazing! Thank you Modernistic. I will continue to trust that your company employs the best people to do the best job!
