I called John the the 30th in the morning. He returned my call right away and came out the same day. He was right on time and quickly identified my problem and installed the new sump pump taking only an hour and a half which included running to home depot to get the pump. I would definitely call John again. He was very polite. and put up with my crazy dog.

Call John for estimate to remove a the side panel so i can have my gas stove to fit in. He come and take a look, get in to work right a way, I don't have to wait for another to get my area work on. He did is so quick and awesome job. Now i have a very wide space to waiting for my new stove to put in. Thank you John. Next time if I have other things need to be work will definitely call John ! Basically, did in three days, all the stuff I have been begging my husband to do for 2 years. If any more repairs are necessary, I will just call John.

John, arrived as promised. He first diagnosed where the existing faucet was leaking and tried to find a replacement part to save me money if possible. He found out for me that the replacement part could only be ordered from the manufacturer and would take a couple of days. I decided to replace the entire faucet system with new. John installed the new faucet and made all necessary line set connections. He checked over to make sure everything worked correctly and there was no leaks. Next, I had John remove the bottom portion of the kitchen sink cabinet due to it being water damaged by the old faucet system. John had to do some careful cutting and removal of the damaged part of the cabinet and then he installed a new oak plywood bottom. He cleaned up and removed all the old wood. John did a great job overall, I would use him again for handyman services and recommend him as well.

Hard/fast working, attention to detail. Responsive, willing to answer questions. Showed up when he promised. Didn't check on him once, all work was done to my specifications, and beyond.

John was very professional and friendly. He was thorough and helpful. A nice man who does a very good job at a reasonable price. We will definitely be using him again.

When I called John he said he would be on vacation on the dates I needed him so he sent his partner Bo to do the work. Met Bo and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did so well on my bathroom I had him back for four other small jobs. I also had him go over my mom and dad's house to do some work. I am going to have come back and do some more work for me. I would highly recommend him. I don't think you will be sorry.

He was delayed in returning the call, but did call back. We found another service provider in the mean time.

John came out to start the job the same day I called him to schedule an appointment. He had to remove the molding to get to the door but did so without damaging any of the trim. He cut the door to fit since it was going off track because the tile sill wasn't level. I have to do minimal paint touch up on the trim but overall an excellent repair.

John was great - was here at the scheduled appointment time, was friendly and professional and promptly repaired my two doors. I will definitely call him again, and will recommend him to friends and to my Condo Association. Great job!

He was so good, he knew exactly what to do. I asked him if he had ever done this before and he was very handy on all house repairs. He was there over an hour or more. It was a tricky thing to fix, but he did excellent. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He gave me his card and I'll be sure to hang on to it to use him again for future repairs. I would highly recommend him.

John was wonderful. I highly recommend him. His hourly rate was the best out of all the handymen who were recommended. The jobs were done to my satisfaction. He even called just before the appointment to let me know when he was arriving. I will definitely recommend John to others.

Great - John showed up promptly for the appointment, acted professional and courteous,, does not up sell or over charge, he tries to fix items first before replacing, and he is a hard worker.

He did a good job of staying in touch with me even though I am not in the same state. He was quick to reply. He is very honest and easy to work with. I would recommend him. He came out whenever he said he would. He brought his estimate on time and he took care of work when he said he would. His price seemed fair.

I wasn't paying enough attention and ran over a neighbor's mailbox - destroying it. Called John from Angie's List ad and he put up a new post with new mailbox and even numbered it within a day of my call.

He's a really nice person. He is very trustworthy, honest, and personable. He gets the job done right the first time and is reasonably priced. I have a large number of shrubs in my yard and he trimmed them very nicely.

didn't call and never showed up at the time of appointment... i called several times and he finally called me back several days later and said he completely forgot me... he was willing to come back out but decided not to use him...

He was fantastic. He was very, very good. He even called the next day to make sure everything was okay, which I'd never had before. He had to empty the cupboard underneath the sink and when they clean out the drains it gets rather gunky so the dear heart cleaned up all that mess and put everything back. I was very pleased. I've never had anybody that thorough. He didn't have to empty the bottom and clean up everything when he leave. He cleaned everything out, cleaned everything up and put everything back where it was. The price was very reasonable. I didn't feel he was overpriced. I've had other people do work and he was the most reasonable. I would most definitely recommend them. I would give them a triple A rating.

John Jackson is a one person handyman service. He was very responsive. He showed up on time and set to work. The vent tube from my gas dryer kept coming lose because the vent tubes make some difficult turns to get from the dryer to the outside opening. Mr Jackson had to make some custom shapes so that all the vent tubes connected tightly. He made sure the joints in the vent were taped tightly with the proper type of tape. He tested the system when it was done and double checked all the joints to make sure no vent air leaked. He followed up a few days later and asked if the vent was working properly. I would use John Jackson Handyman Service again for any small repair work. I am not sure he would be willing to take on more extensive remodeling projects.
