They were very professional and thorough, the service was amazing and I loved their work. I have to say that this company has customer service like no other and I will be using them again.

I recommend this cleaning company, we have had trouble finding a good cleaning company. These guys didn't miss a spot, I am so happy that I gave them a try, I am very satisfied with how thoroughly they cleaned my home, and I will be using them again. I was also very surprised that they used all natural products and it wasn't an extra charge for me.

They were life a saver I called they showed up on time they did a great job especially in my shower it had been neglected they got it look beautiful again thanks again HRCS.

I hired HRCS to clean my mothers home. The owner Monique reached out to me immediately (which I greatly appreciated) and scheduled an appointment to come see the home before she cleaned it. She called me 30 minutes prior to the appointment and informed me that she did not realize how far away the home was from where she was. She asked if she could come another day or come late or that we could just schedule a cleaning for that following Sunday. I opted with just scheduling. She showed up and stayed for about 1.5 hours despite telling me that she would be there for 3 to 4 hours. She told my mother that she would return that following Tuesday at 10am. My mother waited until 10:30, no one showed up. She called Monique and she said she was stuck in traffic and would be there in 20 minutes. My mom called again at 11:20, no answer, 11:40 no answer. I called at 12:00, no answer. My mom paid her $100.00 for 1.5 hours of work. I am very disappointed. It's two days before Thanksgiving and my mom is hosting. This was very unprofessional and I would not recommend this company. In fact I feel that a refund is due.

Very friendly on the phone and in person. Arrived on time and they were available with only one day notice. Called me to ask if they should close the garage and the door was locked when I got home. My house was a disaster with new floor construction dust everywhere. They were able to eliminate the dust from all the nooks and grannies. Great job. I will recommend to my friends if the need comes up and I would hire them back when my need arises.

They did a Nice job for the most part. 1/2 bathroom on main floot was not cleaned. They put oil on my cabinets, which sounded nice, but when my husband came home the cabinets were dripping with oil. Its like it wasnt rubbed in; im not sure. However for the most part it was a nice job. Ill give them another try.

UPDATE: Monique contacted me shortly after review and offered to come back to rework what I was upset about or refund a portion of the fee. She immediately acted on our preference. This was very respectable and excellent customer service.

This company was really fast and efficient. We had our carpet cleaned and every single spot is gone.

I definitely plan on using this company again in the future. My expectations were exceeded. They were able to bring the carpet in a high traffic area in our home back to life. I can't stop thinking about how much money we DON'T have to spend to replace the carpet!
