+ -1 moreWe remodeled two bathrooms in our home and bought our countertops from Extreme Granite & Marble. We shopped several suppliers and Extreme Granite gave us an unbeatable combination of price and quality for the quartz tops we ended up buying. Because two separate bathrooms were being renovated, they had to come two different times as each bathroom reached the appropriate stage. On each occasion, the workers were punctual in arriving at the site, and completed the jobs within the time promised. The finished jobs look beautiful. One of the bathrooms required a 120 in top and so a seam was used to join two pieces together. But it was so professionally done, it is impossible to tell the location of the seam with the naked eye. [Shhh... don't tell my wife it is on her side.] As this bathroom was being built, we realized that we needed an additional 3 ft ledge to finish off a separate a tub installation properly. Extreme Granite threw in the extra finished piece for us at no charge. We truly appreciated that extra touch.
Description of Work: Provided and installed two quartz countertops as part of our bathroom remodeling project.

+ -1 moreThey are meticulous about everything. They followed up with me after the work was completed and asked me how everything went and if I was happy with the job. The price was very reasonable and the installation went well. They had to cut some of the granite on site and there was no mess. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of my home. I'm very, very happy with the work they did at my home.

+ -1 moreHorrible experience. We were ignored, left in their warehouse for over 30 minutes, and disrespected. I had my contractor contact the store to resolve the issue and in the end was told to leave the establishment after I asked to be treated fairly. I will never go here again.

+ -1 moreDo make sure that all facets of job have been thought out and are in initial contract. Make sure placement of holes to be drilled in granite will allow for faucet installation if clearance with window or wall is involved. Suggest reviewing this information with individual who measures job.
Description of Work: Company installed granite counter tops in kitchen. Very helpful and informative during purchasing phase. Events at the house occurred pretty much as scheduled. The two installers were foreign and communication was difficult. Final step of installation process, cleaning and sealing, was poor. Counter tops were not cleaned before sealing causing much labor after installers left. Felt that more attention should, at the measuring stage, have been given to placement of faucet holes, which were drilled on site. Installers did very good job of seam.

+ -1 moreDescription of Work: Received decent quote and proceeded to have co. make and install kitchen countertops. Installation was on time but the installer placed the granite pieces that hold the undermount sink in the area where the soap dispenser was to be installed. Extreme Granite indicated that it was easy to remove the pieces by hitting with a hammer and chisel. Please note that they did not offer to do the work themselves but told me that I could do it. I took a half a day to do this as I had to uninstall the faucet and disposer and then reinstall. Extreme Granite should have done this. The granite countertops themselves were done very unprofessionally. The corners had ridges that should have been sanded and the sink cutout was all wrinkly (no other way to describe). Poor attention to detail. Also had a "FAT Max" tape measure disappear when the workers were here to install. Called Extreme Granite numerous times and the answers were "they will look in the installers truck and get back to me". After 3 calls and a visit still no tape measure or return call. Will never use again and anyone who does should keep there valuables under guard.

+ 0 moreThe manager was friendly and helpful. However, there were a number of problems with the order that prevents me from recommending this store. I had to return to the store once because the original piece was too small (they didn't measure remnant properly). Once complete, there were a number of flaws including fine scratches and one large gouge on the primary surface. I am displeased, but I decided to overlook the problems since this piece will go outside. The granite itself has a large incongruity within the natural pattern that is distracting. Usually these pieces are reused to avoid the problem area.
Description of Work: Cut one granite round table top. No installation or delivery.
