Description of Work: They gave a quick response to the service call. They explained what they did in the installation of the sump pump. It appears that they installed it properly. But, I don't believe they honored the Angie's list discount that was mentioned in their ad.

[Member Name Removed], I'm sorry that you feel we didn't honor the discounted rate. I'm not sure why you feel that way though, considering we took $40 off the labor rate. The discount only applies to labor charges. In this case labor charges were $200 and 20% of that is $40. So instead of $425, you were charged $385. If this isn't what you were charged, please let me know so that I can make it right. Further, if you had questions or concerns about what you were being charged, I would've been more than happy to explain the charges to you. I wasn't given that opportunity.

Description of Work: Had a basement drain backup and Brent came out to make sure there were no problems. He snaked the drain and also my bathroom sink. Did not leave any mess for me to clean up. He was very fair with price and did not try to sell me services I didn't need. Will definitely be calling him for my future plumbing needs.

Overall, this was one of the best experiences ever. You could tell from the moment that Brent arrived he was knowledgeable in his field and had a lot of experience. He was efficient, courteous, clean and friendly! He went above and beyond when he stayed a few minutes longer to explain what he did and things that I could do in the future to help keep my drains from backing up! He gave me a discount and a coupon for me to refer someone in need or that I could use in the future if I needed to call him for any plumbing issues. He was terrific and highly recommended.
Description of Work: I had several issues at one time including a broken garbage disposal and my kitchen sink which was not draining properly. Brent was helpful in explaining what he was going to do and very up front with his cost and the time it would take to diagnose and fix my problem.
