These guys really saved me when I listed my house for sale and mold was found in the attic upon inspection. This was a total shock to us. We only had a week to close and we were worried this would void our agreement. We called DRI and the team came out immediately to help. They were professional, safe, and took great care of my home. They did a thorough inspection of the attic and the rest of the home. They explained every step of the process in terms that I could understand. They used lots of safety equipment including filters for the rest of the house. They quickly treated the mold and took many pictures. They also measured the temperature and humidity in the attic. Ultimately we sold the house, knowing very well that the mold was properly professionally treated for the next owner. I highly highly highly recommend you look in your attic for any discoloration and call DRI if you have any suspicion of mold. I hope I don’t need them again, but if I do have any home emergencies, DRI will be my first phone call.

Royal oak basement, had some serious water damage in my basement. Disaster Restoration was timely and professional. Reasonable cost as well.

My sump pump went out I called one company they said come at the end of the day around 6:00-7:00 pm I couldn’t wait so I called Disaster restoration company and they said there were able to come within two hours and got to work right away they were very friendly and professional it was nice after a week or so when everything was done they called me to see how everything was after there job was done I was very satisfied I would highly recommend this company

If I could use two words to describe Disaster Restoration Industries it would be Quick and Painless. Sump pump went out on one of the worst rainy days and unfortunately flooded my basement. They came out right away and got to work and pretty much felt like they weren’t even there. Basement is better than ever, would without a doubt recommend to all homes and businesses!!

A pipe burst unexpectedly in my basement, a friend of mine referred me to DRI and I couldn't have been more grateful. They came immediately to the home and Gus was very pleasant to work with. The team worked very quickly, clean, and were organized in helping getting the water out of the basement and drying everything up.
