Description of Work: They were to wire and hang a TV. 2 men were to be on the job site however the second never showed up due to over sleeping etc.. I had to read instructions assist with nuts and bolts to help more the process along and help hang the TV. At the end I was charged the full amount for which I assisted on not to mention it would have been done faster if he had the 2nd guy.

Description of Work: I started with a defective GFCI in my kitchen and what I thought was too many outlets on one circuit. After scheduling snafus on their end, Tim, the owner of Dean Electric, made it a point to make my scheduled appointment times for his initial service call and the followup installation call. On the initial service call he replaced the defective GFCI, confirmed my suspicion regarding the overloaded circuit and recommended a solution. He emailed me a quote the following day for installation of two new circuits, (one for my frig and microwave; another for a highly used kitchen island outlet) and a bedroom ceiling fan to replace a current ceiling light fixture. Tim came out for the second scheduled appointment with everything he needed to do all the work efficiently and professionally. He answered all my questions, including how to replace the ceiling fan blades as one arrived defective/cracked and will need to be reordered and replaced. It is so good to have work done in my home by someone who really knows what he is doing and conscientious about it!!

Description of Work: They upgraded all of the electrical wiring in the house.

Description of Work: Identified a lighting problem upstairs that disabled all lights in the hallway, three bedrooms and the upstairs bath from coming on. It went extremely well. He found and corrected the problem in less than 15 mins. They charge for one hour with each visit. Since he was there and I had time remaining, I requested a review of additional lighting inquiries I had around the house. He captured my interests and the company responded with a preliminary quote for services. I was extremely happy with their timeliness and prompt repair of problem. I will definitely use them again.
