+ -1 moreHe changed the slope of the roof so that water could not collect on the flat portion. He also made sure that water could not find its way down the 2 opposing walls. For the past 2 years the roof has not leaked and the ceiling remains overhead. I would strongly recommend John Maloney for any future work on my home.
Description of Work: I have a flat roof which is over a powder room. Every winter for the past 15 years, the roof has leaked and the ceiling came down. The roof had been repaired at least 15 times and every winter would leak with the ceiling ending up on the floor. John Maloney came out on a Saturday morning. He removed the remaining ceiling and diagnosed the problem.

+ 0 moreThey gave a great presentation. They worked on our roof and siding. John, the owner, was here every single day. He ensured the work was on time, on budget and done correctly. His crew did an excellent job. Part of the siding came off during gusts of winds later, and he came back out to fix it. He has a very good eye for aesthetics.

Description of Work: Boa Construction tore off my existing shingles, replaced all damaged wood, and re-shingled the roof after obtaining a permit from the city. They replaced all vents.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE GOOD AND PRETTY WELL KEPT PEOPLE. THEY WORKED HARD AND THEY WERE FAST IN THEIR WORK. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY DID FOR ME. MY NEIGHBOR ALSO HIRED THEM AND HE WAS SATISFIED AS WELL.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE ROOF OF MY HOME.
