They made sure that the scope of the move was understood up front, their team was on time and very competent, all material was moved as promised, and unloaded at the destination on-time with no damage. Also no unanticipated additional costs as was almost universal in reviews of other movers checked online. The project manager, move coordinator, and driver and his team were all very friendly and cooperative and a pleasure to deal with. The move went off without hitch. We will use Imlach for any moving needs in the future.
Description of Work: Imlach estimated move - volume and cost and timing - and they provided people and equipment to load, transit and unload.

+ -1 moreI had moved every 2-3 years over the past 30 years and they were absolutely the best movers I have ever worked with! They just took care of everything and knew what they were doing. Mark Bauer was my driver and he had a crew of approximately 5 guys with him. They bent over backwards to do things for us and did exactly what they were supposed to do.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB OF PACKING OUR BELONGINGS. THEY WERE CAREFUL AND PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK. WHEN WE UNPACKED, NOTHING WAS BROKEN. WE HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD GOOD LUCK WITH THEM.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY PACKED OUR BELONGINGS AND PUT THEM IN STORAGE FOR US UNTIL WE ARRIVED AT OUR NEW HOME.
