ACE Kitchen Bath & Flooring

I had a kitchen renovation that let me update the home to what I wanted and they installed and re-finished the flooring. The process was easy.

This company offers a wide selection of cabinet styles and designs. They also have an extensive list of cabinetry accessories--everything from light fixtures to pull-out drawers. They understand how important it is for people to choose their cabinets carefully, so they make sure you get the perfect style.

I was worried about the condition of my floors and when I called ACE to talk to them, they were very knowledgeable and reassuring. They installed great-looking flooring that has made my home more inviting. I am very satisfied with their service

They just sub-contracted Thea or out to someone else. I'm sure I could have saved some money and had more input going somewhere else.

They need a better salesman that don't insult the customers, the salesman's need to do right measurements because they installed the wrong cabinet size. They need to be more professional and know what they are doing.

Management team was subpar. I felt as though I was leading my project once it started. I was pushed and pressured to order materials so they would arrive on time but things arrived months late and occasionally I received material for other projects at my house or my things were at other places. I received materials to the wrong address. They only had a dumpster for demo work only during the initial demo. Not for unwrapping, excess material, or waste. The contractors were supposed to be licensed electricians and journeymen, but no one was. One guy during the original demo cut into a live wire while I was home... Only thing that went right was they fixed an issue with a missing gas safety valve for the stove.

They were professional, asked for my input and verified my choices before proceeding, always cleaned up each day, kept me informed of progress. I was extremely pleased with their craftsmanship, and I love my new bathroom. I highly recommend them.

We contracted with Ace to remodel our kitchen, a full bath, and half of another full bath. We started in Spring 2021, and the work was completed in July 2022. Our kitchen is in the middle of our house, and we have to walk through it to get to our finished basement and garage. We chose Ace based on research on Angi.com and based on good reviews on sites such as Google.com. Pros: - Sales process went very smoothly - Staff is friendly, particularly Will and Wendy - Final building inspection passed - Work is done - Received credits for work we did ourselves Cons: - Kitchen and two bathrooms took over 1-year start to finish - Kitchen in our house was unusable for over 6 months - Instead of a pro team from Ace, we got one guy and a series of third-party contractors from Dan Wood - Multiple kitchen appliances were installed incorrectly and dangerously - Charges were over $10,000 more than quoted because we chose to use building permits - charge was for licensed electricians and plumbers which Ace does 't normally use - We ended up doing some of the work because we were so frustrated and wanted to get the job done and get Ace out of our home - Some work was not done according to the agreement such as venting the stove/microwave outside - Premium dimmable under-cabinet lighting was replaced with cheap LED tapes with no mention until we found it and complained - Items needed were not present on more than one occasion despite a physical inventory taken by Ace to confirm everything was delivered - When a bathroom cabinet was found to be the wrong size (due to order, not measuring) the owner asked the contractor to just make it work - he could not because it was too large and blocked the door and it had to be reordered - Final details were terrible - missing paint, missing trim, large gaps filled with silicone, etc. - Every delay had an excuse - we heard them all, and some of them twice - Job site was always messy and sometimes dangerous - open paint cans, sharp items left on the floor, spilled paint/grout/mud, live electrical left out, etc. - Kitchen appliances were ordered early and arrived in November 2021 so they would be ready to install - they did no t get installed until June 2022 - the new refrigerator sat unused in our living room for over 6 months - Calling for updates and scheduling was useless - Wendy was friendly, but rarely knew anything that was happening or supposed to happen - There are too many more cons to list - I do not have the energy to document them all

I approached them to remodel our main bathroom and loved their creative ideas. They understood our vision and designed a relaxing space. They replaced our old vanity and added new countertops and sleek cabinets. We worked with Will from start to finish and he was very helpful. The Ace Kitchen Bath & Flooring team did excellent work at my place within my budget. I needed someone who could rebuild my kitchen for a reasonable price and I found someone who recognized my financial constraints and supplied me with excellent service at a reasonable cost. They continued to find material that would fit my budget and still look nice. I really appreciated the time Steve took with me to meet my budget.
