ACE Kitchen Bath & Flooring

Communication (lack of) was very poor, our project manager never came over or called about the progress of the project, until he needed to deliver late materials, or collect money. Sam, the lead worker was very good, he was very meticulous about the quality of his work. Overall, we like the finished products, bathroom remodel and kitchen countertop, but felt we probably overpaid

Steve - Easy to work with, but wasn't as responsive as needed with communication. Tile needed to be ordered before starting the project. I picked the tile out at their shop. Nearly 4 weeks later our tile had arrived. Will - project manager reached out to us to set up a walkthrough After setting a time for him to come, I left work early only to find out that Will wouldn't be coming till hours after he was expected. We agreed to a lockbox but was never presented with one. Instead, they took a key to our house so they could come and go as they pleased. The first-day work was supposed to start they tore up about half the tile of our very small bathroom and left. The second day they ripped the remainder of the tile up/finished the demo. The third day they installed a cement backer board without using thin set or fiberglass tape. The backer board was only screwed down and there were cracked sections including a shoddy threshold. I addressed the concerns with Will, however, I don't believe they were taken care of. Before the actual tile was put down, we were told that they didn't have enough and had to wait another 2 weeks for more to come in. The tile arrived and it wasn't until late in the day that they came to our house. They told us their plan was to lay all the tile and then come grout the next day. We headed out to dinner and came back to a bathroom that was only 75% tiled. The next day they came back and finished the tile and grout. We had allowed them to use our garage. They left a big mess. Lots of mortar all over the floor and my freezer. I had to clean up a bunch of the top of my freezer (which scratched it up). The waste from the project was left behind my house in a pile. Our carpet was in rough shape just outside the bathroom. We had to scrub it clean afterward. Cigarette butts grout and drywall chunks were left all over the yard and driveway. Some of the plastic spacers were left inside the grout after haphazardly being cut since they couldn't remove them. They must have gotten stuck in the mortar overnight. I had to clean them up myself using some wire cutters to get as close to the grout as possible. The tile looks decent, but there are a few sections that are roughed up from the way that they cut it. I also had to install a threshold myself since they didn't put one in before they left. We certainly hit a few bumps in the road, but ACE did an okay job.

Company completed a home remodel for me which included my kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, painted my whole house, all new trim throughout home, custom fireplace, and created custom dog cages for my family. I couldn't be happier! With a project this large everything wasn't perfect but Ace followed through with all my concerns and I'm confident my project will be warrantied and that they will work with me if any issues come up down the road. I highly recommend.

We hired them to complete our kitchen remodel. We replaced everything down to the studs. They even installed a bean to support a larger opening to our dining room. The process took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen issues including waiting for city inspections. Overall, we love our new kitchen. All the colors and material choices were spot on. It was worth the wait. Thank you Adam and Steve for your help!

We hired ACE to add a shower to our basement bathroom. We love the final job. We picked out the materials in their showroom and couldn't be happier with the final product. We would use them again.

We initially met with Steve and Adam in the showroom. They worked through our ideas and provided a 3D design of what our kitchen would look like. We chose our flooring, cabinets, and countertops with Adam's guidance. We proceeded with our project. Will, the project manager has been there along the way. We had a couple of bumps in the road, but nothing they didn't resolve. We love the final job. We would use them again!

Ace Services came to the rescue after a very poor start from someone else. They did a fantastic job from Will setting the tile and Ryan and Ed doing everything else. Installing shiplap, flooring, plumbing, cabinet install, painting and so much more. The whole team was great. Needless to say I was upset with the other person and everyone at Ace Services did a wonderful job of dealing with that so again I say thank you Ace Services for a job will done.

The crew and management are determined to give the best customer service, and they do - and yes, there were issues, but all were resolved completely - even on the occasion when the issue was because of an incorrect request from me. I would choose Ace Services again in a heartbeat.

Lack of communication among themselves and with customer is extremly disappointing. Some of subcontractors they hire are very good professionals. However so called project management is non- existent. It has been the worst experience. No customer should be treated like the way we were treated.

Hired ace to redo my bathroom. Adam and Will were great to work with. We hit some bumps along the way, but Will (project manager) did a very good job solving all my problems. He was good with communicating things through out the whole process, just a text away every time I had a question or concern. Will was also the one who did my tile and his work was very good. Overall. I’m very happy with the final Product.

I am satisfied with my ACE experience.

Ace Services was responsible for remodeling our bathroom. Will and his team were great with communicating, and Will did a great job overall with the remodel. Our bathroom is beautiful and we greatly appreciate all his work!

After the initial meeting with Adam and paying for 1/2 the project, I felt it took a little to long to get the project started (3 weeks). This was a little frustrating but once the project began the contractors Ken and Denton were a pleasure to work with. They were prompt, polite and worked hard to finish my job and did not complain when I pointed out a couple concerns. They just made it right. Thanks Ken and Denton I will be sure to keep your names for future projects.

When I started the process Adam was great. He responded to all of my emails and calls promptly. The process of handling payments on line was easy to do and they accepted credit cards. The job started off great. They brought in someone to remove our current counter tops and install new ones. The tile guy did a great job and our appliances all look great. There were some bumps in the road that we brought to Adam's attention. At first there was some defense about why things happened the way they did. Once Brandon got involved and they came out to our home to evaluate the situation both of them helped to get our problems resolved. In the end our kitchen really does look great. We did have concerns throughout the process but it was a big job. In the future I might hire them for smaller jobs but probably not a whole remodel.

Adam was the rreason I hired them for my project, he was prompt with his communication, helpful in the design process and honest in his pricing. Brandon and his crew will be the reason I hire them again. Ryan, the principal contractor was patient with my last minute requests and very friendly and easy to work with. His tile crew were quick, courteous and friendly. The job was completed in the promised time and looks amazing! The price was the price, no hidden or extra costs to the original design quote.

They installed three ceiling fans for me. One of the ceiling fans they installed had a wobbling issue. But Brandon promptly sent his crew back and fixed the issue. Thanks so much.

Efficient, fast, cleaned up after themselves. Windows are just what we expected.

They came one the day requested and worked late until worked complete about 8:30 pm. Both worker were friendly and helpful.

Contacted me within minutes of filling out the servicemagic request for contractor form. The crew was out within a day and did an outstanding job! Suggested gutter maintenance issues were pointed out appropriately w/o the "hard sell" you get from some contractors. Prices reasonable. I will definately hire this company again! Great service, reasonable prices and piece of mind that the job was well done w/o having to supervise the contractor. Nice job gentlemen!

Adam returned our call immediately and wasn't at all concerned that our project was for the spring. He came to our house and checked what we wanted done. He was extremely personable and made us feel very comfortable to hire him. As a matter of fact, once we started talking to him we not only asked for his quotes on our originally-requested job, we added several more to his list. We are now awaiting his call with his quote, but feel confident that we will go ahead with Adam.

did a faily good job, I would call them back. left some roof mud still in the downspout extentions. but i took care of it myself and he took off some from the bill. Very fair. Thanks guys.
