ACE Kitchen Bath & Flooring

I reached out to Ace Kitchen, Bath, and Flooring to install a new countertop in my kitchen. I picked a quartz countertop, and the team quickly installed five stars for their fantastic services.

We hired Ace to paint our house. We used the in house decorator to pick all our colors and Greg did a great job painting! He was respectful and covered everything as promised.

Did a great job, backsplash looks fantastic.

Installation was done well in rapid time frame. Installers were kind and professional.

We had Ace out to complete our kitchen renovation this year. It turned out great. There were some supplier delays to get started initially and the countertop company took a little longer than expected but in the end we got the kitchen we were expecting. We love the functionality of the new design especially all the drawers that they put in.

We had our kitchen remodeled in May-June this year. ACE was extremely unprofessional and difficult to deal with throughout most of this project. I never leave bad reviews, and I feel guilty doing it now, but nobody should have to deal with what we dealt with. Communication was terrible. Most of our messages and calls were ignored or we were told that they would call back but they never did. There were multiple times that they told us they would be there and didn?t show up. There were also multiple times that they showed up without contacting us to see if we were available even though we asked them to tell us when they would be there multiple times. It got better toward the end of the project, but that was because we had to check in pretty much every day to see when the project would be finished. Eventually we stated dealing with Will (one of the sales people who stepped in to help with our project) and things got better, but in general, this project was a nightmare. Materials were delivered late, and the wrong materials were delivered the first time. They left a huge mess every time they left and we had to clean it up. We had to send lists of everything that was still wrong or still needed to be cleaned up each time they left. When they re-installed the oven, there was a gas leak. I shut off the gas and asked them to come back and look at it, but they didn?t for several days. When they came back and installed it again, the contractor didn?t come talk to me and left without saying anything, and there was another gas leak. Eventually we bought a new flexible gas line because I?m assuming the contractor broke it, but they wouldn?t pay for it or acknowledge blame. They also broke our dishwasher during the demolition. It was leaking and they couldn?t figure out why, so they just gave up and said it was the seal. It wasn?t. The door was crooked and I was able to fix it, but it seems like they didn?t even try.

Putting me through stress and anxiety due to my job being left incomplete. A job that was supposed to take 8 weeks has turned into 10 months and not even near competition. The owner is very rude does not know how to communicate professionally and lies.

If I had read the most recent review, I never would have signed with this company. I had almost the exact experience as the previous reviewer with a few exceptional details. I was told that my project was going to be delayed right from the jump because there was a problem with the crew. The guy let slip that one of the crew had been arrested for a DUI. This company did a full remodel of my kitchen and bathroom. To say it was a disaster from beginning to end would be an understatement. In fact, I documented the entire experience on facebook and titled it **My Reno from Hell** The delivery of materials was delayed by a week because their delivery guy had his feelings hurt by my neighbor. She yelled at him about blocking the entry to the building. He called the owner (you will hear more about him), who told the guy to just leave instead of calling me so I could deal with the neighbor. Then the start of the project was delayed another week because the crew who was originally supposed to do the work backed out because of allergies. When I got angry about yet another delay, I spoke to the owner, Brandon, saying maybe I should just take my materials and find another company to do the work. Instead of trying to find out if he could do anything to soothe my ruffled feathers, he went directly to lawyers to threaten and intimidate me. He was very rude and condescending over the phone, but when I told him I knew about that DUI I mentioned earlier, he was stunned into silence for several seconds. He was not only rude and condescending over the phone, but he was also to my face as well. Standing in MY kitchen he had the nerve to pull an attitude with me. The crew that did do the work rarely spent a full week on my job because they kept bouncing from job to job, in fact, one guy said I was lucky to have them at my house as frequently as I did. They sent the wrong materials, did not send other materials and now that they are done, they left me with a leak under my bathroom sink and a damaged cabinet over my toilet that they are refusing to fix. The cracked cabinet I can live with, but not a leaking sink. Now I have the added expense of hiring a plumber to fix something they should have fixed in the first place. Another issue was something that made me very uneasy. One day when the crew was working on my kitchen, they had not started any work on the bathroom yet, one of the guys asked to use my bathroom, which is upstairs, as is my bedroom. He was the only human to be on that floor all day other than me. After they left for the day, I found the TV in my bedroom unplugged from the wall. I did not unplug it and he was the only other person up there that day. Now of course I cannot PROVE anything, but after that, I made sure my bedroom door was closed anytime they would be in my house, and it never happened again. The guys on the crew were friendly but took frequent smoke breaks which were frustrating, they never showed up at 9 AM which was when they were supposed to show up, and rarely started before 10 o clock which was also very frustrating. The job could probably have been completed in half the time (8 weeks!!) if they had shown up and started on time and had been allowed to focus on one job at a time instead of **frog-jumping** (their words) from job to job. On top of all that, I feel that they charged me a ridiculous amount of money for the size of the job they did. When I told friends how much money they charged, they were absolutely shocked. In my opinion, the owner and most of the people working for him are very unprofessional. I am a very easygoing person and feel I was exceedingly flexible with this company but that ends now. If I could give zero or negative stars as a review, I would. If you are looking to **Find your ACE** DO NOT look here. Avoid this company at all costs.

We had them redo the tile in our bathroom and shower. The project took about 5 months to complete. The workers would only work for 3-4 hours at a time, once or twice a week throughout the time they were doing the job. Continually called Ace to find out when they could finish, but calls were not returned. When the job was completed, there was a lot of extra material that they would not take back.

Ace took five weeks to complete the job. When the dishwasher was installed incorrectly, it gushed water into the basement. I could not contact Ace or the crew that was doing the job. It took two weeks working on an electrical plug when the problem ended up being a faulty switch. When the proposal was first presented to me, it did not specify the size of the appliances to purchase. The dishwasher (standard size) was too big. Ace provided the sink but did not indicate what type of faucet to buy. I bought the wrong faucet. There were two gouges on my floor. A mess was left with sawdust, etc in the driveway. The salesman rarely returned phone calls. There was a lack of communication. No one from Ace ever came to inspect the job.

They were very thorough. Bent over backwards to make sure that my wife was completely satisfied with the job. Would hire them in the future for remodeling projects.

They did a good job updating our bathroom around the holidays.

I had called Brandon to install a new bath tub surround. I was pretty impressed with their services. They definitely deserve a 5 stars rating.

Brandon and Will were superb in spicing up the storage spots of my kitchen with some decorative colors and creative cabinetsâ designs. They turned out my old looking kitchen into a new one. I love their work.

What an amazing showroom in Trenton!  I had visited their showroom last month. They have a very wide range of topqualitybrands which will be very helpful in my new kitchen. I love the soft close cabinet door features.

Lovely bathroom remodeling services I have a small bathroom in my condo so I was searching for a contractor who can do their best in such a small area. Ace did exactly what I had expected and it was literally beyond my imaginations. I do not think anyone one can get such a wonderful bathroom remodel at a reasonable rate.

He was a kind person and very responsive in listening all of my queries. They had offered us a choice in a wide variety of materials cabinets of kitchen.
