 + -1 moreHe is not willing to cut corners in terms of shoddy workmanship or incomplete work, which may make his prices a bit higher than some others who will do cheap work for a cheap price. I was completely satisfied with his quotes and plan on using him for the actual work once it starts. He seems qualified in several areas of construction and was able to speak with expertise about roofing type pros and cons as well as being experienced with some progressive building materials (trex decking, concrete siding, etc). He had some great ideas as well as a willingness to explain and discuss the prospective jobs completely. He's also just a fine guy to talk to, letting you be comfortable with him working on and in your house.
Description of Work: Contacted Wolf Construction to complete estimates on two roofs. The estimates and quotes were returned quickly and Robert had a full understanding of the job as well as a professional manner to the way he approached the work.

 + 0 moreAt both times when I used him, he gave me a price but after the work was done, he told me it costs him a little bit more than that. He does an excellent job. The only problem is the extra money he charges.
Description of Work: I had Robert Wolf put a new roof on our house. He also previously repaired a skylight for me.

 + -1 moreSigned contract on 06/20/2011 with estimated installation on 07/20/2011, the door finally arrived on 08/10/2011 (not contractor's fault). Installation completed on 08/12/2011. A $200 addition charge for wood trim, could not use old trim, wouldn't fit.
Description of Work: R. Wolf Construction has replaced aluminum patio sliding door with a special order (color) vinyl sliding door.
