Williams Handyman Solutions

Description of Work: We live in the Grand Traverse Bay area (Traverse City, MI) and have used Bill Muha of Williams Handyman Solutions, LLC for many projects: installing shelves; building "built-in" additions; installing through-wall air conditioners; eaves on outside of home; roof damage after storms; home redecorating projects, some advanced, some simple; projects involving some plumbing; projects involving some electrical; kitchen redo; bath work; painting; reconstruction of an outdoor deck; windows, installation of doors; door locks; carpentry and numerous other "as they come up" jobs, over a period of time between 2006 and 2012. We found him after some very sub-par work from others, based on a personal recommendation from another satisfied customer. Bill is an entrepreneur, owner and this is his major employment. Two men work for him. He offers design ideas as well as figuring out the "best" or the "cheapest" or the most "stylish" (pick yours) way to accomplish the task. As this is a resort area, prices can be high. His prices are quite reasonable and he shows you the receipts for materials purchased to you are really paying for "work done." Her will quote by the hour or by the project. He is literate, kind, absolutely trustworthy (we have left him alone in the home without worry while we were away for several hours). He's known to be good so he is sometimes booked in advance, but he can tell you when he can come...and he will. If he can do it that instant, he's there.We believe he is worth the wait, most times. He even volunteers some of his professional services in the community, which is a bit rare. He's in his (probably) late 50s and intends to be here forever. He owns property and has family here. He's a good guy to call for almost anything (he'll honestly tell you if what you are asking is at the edge of his abilities).
