I have hired Vivid Cleaning to complete weekly cleaning duties for two commercial properties that I manage. Shalimar and her team have been exceptional to work with. With me being a building manager of many buildings (with plenty to do), they have provided me peace of mind - one less thing for me to worry about. Not only do they assist with keeping the building clean, but they also provide an additional set of eyes - keeping me in tune with any building issues that they notice. We have laid out clear expectations and they have been met, week after week. I am fortunate to have found a team to assist me with my continuous effort to maintain and improve!
