It went well. They were on time and stayed on budget.

Came out on a Sunday within hours of calling. Got a tarp and some plywood installed to keep the majority of the water out. Overall we were very satisfied and would use again.

This company worked in conjunction with a kitchen design studio nearby so there were 2 teams on the job. They were very good about each other's schedules. However that sometimes created days when no one was here working and therefore made the job longer to completion. The wait was worth it. The work is so solid and done right including other things that were wrong when this house was built. They really know their stuff.

NO!!!!!! potential ramifications of delaysProvider fixed a minor problem on our main house roof, but has totally ignored the main problem with our rental house unit. Unresponsive, Blames subcontractors for massive delays, uncaring as to the ramifications of delays, you live here and it snows in december, deal with it!!!

We just moved into this home, and the dark colors had to go. This company was recommended to us by a local resident, a designer. While their main work is building repair after fire, wind, water damage, etc., they had time in their schedule to do our painting. Their painter is exceptional: on time, neat, with a steady hand, and a keen eye, and he obviously cares about his work. Because the colors on the walls were so dark, Mike had to use three, and in one room four, coats of the light color we chose to cover them properly. He did it all with patience and good humor. One morning he arrived and said he wanted to check on an area that he worried about when he got home. Now that's caring about your job-above and beyond! He was a delight to have working in the house. His boss, John, came out and measured for our estimate. When we called, he kept in communication with us and with Mike during the job, and came back to check when the work was done to make sure we were happy with the result. We would recommend this company to anyone with painting to be done, and having seen their work ethic in action, we would assume that their other services could be rated just as highly.
