Their electrician was late but was not really an issue because the HVAC job was an all day job. The owner Blaine Vadeboncoeur arrived to check on things and was very responsive. I asked him to quote on some add-on work and he said he would have the electrician doing the work talk to me after he was finished with running a single circuit for the HVAC (all of about 6' through an unfinished basement. I'm not sure what the electrician did as it was a pretty small job and he was here for a few hours. Here is what I had an issue with: 1. The electrician left the job without speaking with me about other things I wanted a quote on. 2. He left the insulation he pulled out laying on the floor 3. he left without even closing the basement door behind him. I go down after he leaves and find all the lights on, doors open, door to the garage and garage door and his electrical trash left behind. I gave this feedback to the HVAC company and Blaine Vadeboncoeur did call me to get my feedback but we just traded phone messages. My experience should not be an indictment of the entire company as my dealings with Blaine were positive so hopefully I just caught his guy on a bad day. His electrician was one of the more unfriendly electricians I have worked with and probably should stick with commercial jobs. He was in direct contrast to the HVAC guys who were great.
