Had scheduled for 11 four day in advance they called and asked to reschedule for 3 and didn't show up till almost 4 . Piss poor way to do business!!

Showed up on time, did good work for a fair price, were clean and courteous.

The gentlemen that came to clean were very nice. They introduced themselves. They went right to work and moved all the furniture. They did a great job cleaning. I had an extra dog here for 2 weeks that was young and isn't quite housebroken yet. They got all the stains out and used deodorizer which is extra but worth it. They also got this adhesive off where I had used double sided tape to hold down the throw rugs. They were done in less than an hour. They were great. I suggest you contact the company ahead of time though. I had my carpet cleaning scheduled for 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday and they didn't come. When I called, he said he didn't have me on the schedule. He did say it was his fault and gave me a discount. I would definitely recommend them. Awesome cleaning job.

Carpets looked good, paid extra for deodorizer, not sure it was applied,

So very professional. Job well done. Carpet looks like new.

Email said they would be there at 9AM, they called me at 7:45 and said they would be there at 9AM, Did not come until I finally called them at 9:40 to ask where they were and was told they were on the highway yet. Told them to go back but after several phone calls, I did relent and permit them to come to my house. After getting there, the job seemed good .

The techs were very curious, wore shoe covers and went about their work with extreme efficiency. Love that they showed us before and after photos.

It cost a little more than I expected but they did a nice job. I got a quote and will have them back to do my duct work

It was more expensive than I expected but overall a good job and tile floors look much better.

Arrived on time, courteous and knowledgeable, great results with carpets.. Will call Stanley Steamer next time we have a need for such services and would highly recommend

Our two Technicians, Travis & Aaron were on time, exceptional workers, very cordial, & were able to release a stain of 25 yrs that no other professional tech had been able to. Furthermore, the carpet was left just damp, bright, & w/ a pleasant smell. We are Quite Pleased w/ Stanley Steemer, would definitely use their services in the future.

Looked good when they left but as floors dried they didnt look near as good. I went over an area with our oreck cleaner and it did a better job. For $258, i was very disappointed. Also there was an area of carpet with tape residue....they said there was nothing they could do about that. I went online and found a fix using rubbing alcohol and got it out in 15 minutes. I will not utilize stanley steemer on future.
