I informed the company that there were numerous pet stains and needed the carpet cleaned and deodorized. Pet urine stains are still visible and carpet smells of urine. For an average sized living room and short hallway I would have thought spending $201 would have had better results. Job will have to be redone.

Came on a Saturday. Carpets are clean. Crew was courteous and professional.

I PAID TO HAVE MY FURNACE CLEANED AND IT WAS NOT CLEANED! ONE OF MY BIG COLD AIR RETURNS WAS NOT CLEANED ALSO! I EMAILED THEM ON SUNDAY 10/8/17 ABOUT THIS AND I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED, NO RESPONSE EXCEPT THIS RATING FROM YOU! I moved all but 3 heaviest furnishings and required no treatment of stains so cleaning was routine. The worker arrived alone explaining his partner was ill. He did a better job than past cleaners in responding to my one request to remove dark lines of dust along baseboards. I was pleased to learn Stanley Steemer employed this man as a military veteran. He was respectful and professional.

They were gentlemen. Patient. Answered all my questions. Took their job seriously. Cleaned up after themselves. Very professional. Good social skills and polite. I felt the dryer vent got a great thorough cleaning. I'd hire them again. The office got back to me right away.

They did not show up on day scheduled and I was not notified until 20 minutes before they were to show up, pass the original scheduled time. I had cancelled my work for the afternoon and had cancelled showings that were scheduled as my house is on the market. Did arrive the next day on time, Sat. 10am. I left and came back to water on my vinyl floor in two different places, a nap of carpet pulled up about 3 inches from my Berber carpet and none of the walkway areas were addressed along with being very wet well into the late evening. This was my first time with Stanley Streamer and definitely the last. A total waste of my 119.oo.
