+ -1 moreThey are very reliable and are here when they say they are going to be here. They are good, and I have never had a problem with them not doing what they promise to do. Their availability is pretty good, and if it is an emergency, they are out here right away. I don't have a contract with them; they charge $68 an hour. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I use Sheren Plumbing and Heating to take care of my heating and air conditioning needs throughout the year. They install stuff and maintain it.

+ 0 moreVery well, as usual. They were prompt, courteous, and explained what they were doing while diagnosing the problem.
Description of Work: This was a repair call. We have used them several times for annual cleanings and other repairs as well. Very professional and knowledgeable. This particular call was for a bad solenoid and fan board in the furnace/humidifier. The charges included parts and labor.

+ -1 moreThey were good. Two different gentlemen worked on the problem and in the end, they fixed it.
Description of Work: I had called Sheren Plumbing and Heating Inc. as my furnace had stopped working. It turned out to be my fault as the outside vent was covered with plywood leaving space for air. They came and checked the outside vent and fixed the problem. They came thrice in a month.
